Spent a short one night visit before taking a cruise from Copenhagen cruise port. Was received at the Marriott Rewards Desk by a very profesional and attentive lady who presented all the insights of the hotel and benefits of my Platinum level. Rooms are modern...More
We had a good stay at the Copenhagen Marriott. Our room had a great view of the waterfront. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel is close to Tivoli the second oldest amusement park in the world, which is a great...More
Ended travels with friends at Copenhagen Marriott. A hop-on/hop-off bus stop at the front door provided great access to city attractions. Very large, quiet and well appointed rooms. Opt for rooms with access to the executive/club lounge if possible.
Typical "big box" hotel - nothing special. comfortable rooms; indifferently helpful staff who did a reasonable but not great job - rarely smiled. Decent bar with good waiter. Very mundane and routine. If they consider themselves a 5 star property I would rate them "2"...More

This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and

hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.

They do not supply an airport shuttle. A taxi is about $55 for two people. You can walk several blocks to the train station also. UBER is not allowed to deliver to the airport.

There isn't much dining or shopping in the immediate neighborhood. It is a relatively short walk to Tivoli and the central train station (10 minutes), and there are loads of dining and shopping opportunities near there.
