Just come back from the Scandic in Stockholm, where, are my review states, the rooms were nice and breakfasts amazing..... sadly, here wasn't the case. The room (where I was persuaded to upgrade to, was old and the plumbing questionable. Breakfasts were just as busy as the in Stockholm, but everything ran out.... I was a lone traveller and despite leaving my jacket and room key on the table, when I went to see if they had topped something up, she took away what I had on my plate, which of course I couldn't replace as it was all gone.... when I asked her, she said I was welcome to take it back off the trolley (so it was mixed up with other peoples' leftovers).... nice. Didn't have much to do with anyone else, but I wouldn't return

We had three rooms. 2 were very filthy. 1 was changed to another filthy room. The other room had the sleep couch opened although it was occupied by one. Was this room cleaned and readied for the next guest or not? Cleanup service was a laugh. Status of rooms was below average (mould). Rooms were hot and climate control worked poorly. We asked for a pickup with a taxi and asked if there was a fixed rate. The answer was no but the taxi driver told us the hotel could have asked for a fixed rate.

broken flush on toilet not fixed after 3 times of asking, so noisy at nights and the eco room servicing worked on a 24 hour turnaround so it wasn't really a good hotel experience, breakfast was ok and the location great.

This hotel advertises itself as a first class hotel. The following is a list of items is a list of items first class hotel provide their guests that were missing from our. They are ranked by the magnitude of the annoyance: * No bath mat provided * No reliable WI-FI * No tissue dispenser with tissue * No hot water late at night (hot water is turned on at 5 AM) * No food service for late arriving guests ((kitchen closes at 9 PM) * No hot pot or in room tea or coffee * No comfortable chair for reading or sitting Our room was very stark, and very plain. To call this a first class hotel is stretching the definition of first class beyond recognition. On the positive side, or room did have a lovely view and the breakfast was pleasant, but it is clear that the management is in cost cutting mode.

You pay a lot of money for poor quality rooms, we booked a room with 2 beds, but got one with four beds that takes a lot of space for a small room. The breakfast with medium, the tables were so close together that there is a chance for corona. Location in the city is fine but we never go back to Scandic.

I chose this hotel for its location, near transit but also walkable to the tourist sites, and it worked well. I had a room on the top floor, which had an express elevator. This was nice except that the elevator beeped at each floor between the lobby and the top, and I could hear this in my room at all hours. The room was fine — comfortable bed, two lounge chairs I never sat in, a desk that I wished had been bigger (I was traveling on business and needed the space, but it also held the coffee/tea kettle, room info, etc.). The aircon never really worked — the room guide said it could be adjusted from 18-24C, but I would be quite surprised if the temp in my room ever dropped below 21C (even having the settings on auto and all the way cold). The bathroom lacked things I consider basics. There were no facial tissues, and there was no bathmat. The latter was an issue because water from the shower leaked out under the door and got much of the floor wet; when I asked at reception if they had bathmats, they reacted like I was crazy for asking and told me to just use a towel. Weird, but whatever. The hotel only cleans rooms on demand, which I liked — though it was a bit awkward to have to get extra toilet paper and things from the front desk. Would be nice to work out a different system, as one evening I was not feeling well and had to stand in quite a line of others checking in (because of how I was feeling I had called down first to ask if fresh towels and toilet paper could be brought up to me, but they said I had to come down). The breakfast buffet was busy but good. The hotel also had a small shop in the lobby with snacks, drinks, and sundries. Again, it was awkward and time-consuming to have to wait in the check-in/out line to pay for shop items — it would be nice to work out a self-checkout or something more efficient. Checking out took quite a long time because only one person was working (though others could be heard talking/laughing just behind the desk), which was inconvenient as we needed to get to the airport promptly. All in all, very much what I have come to expect from Scandic properties, though I’m not sure I’ll return to this particular location again when there are several other options so close by.

What a lovely hotel. Perfect location for visiting all the sights . Tivoli gardens and most sights nearby. The rooms are good although not a lot of wardrobe or drawer space . We were there for 6 nights and managed ok . The staff in this hotel were excellent. Always pleasant and helpful . Breakfast had a vast choice of food . Scrambled eggs were good plus all food hot .

People, avoid this place. Probably it is the worst hotel in Copenhagen. Noisy, and dirty rooms, poor breakfast with long queues, if you are vegetarian there is almost nothing to eat. It is not acceptable standard for such big money.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the center city. Professional and nice staff and equipment. My only issue on the buffet is that it is difficult to keep things fresh. We had a nice view too pitty that it had no full length windows

The location is great! Right in front of planetarium and less than 10 minute walk to the shopping street of Copenhagen centre. Central Trainstation is also a few minutes, around 5-10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good, all kinds of things you'd expect.
