Classy and central location. Helpful staff as well. Our second stay at Villa Copenhagen and we will use this hotel next time we visit Copenhagen as well. Nice atmosphere in the bar, and possibility to swim in the pool and use the sauna. The room was clean and the beds are good.
Honestly, I was so happy with this hotel. Conveniently location best the train station and diagonally across from Tivoli Garden, this is an excellent choice for a stay in Copenhagen. Aesthetically, it’s gorgeous inside and out. The staff is very friendly and rooms are comfortable with amazing bathrooms. It’s an eco-friendly hotel; they use Skandinavisk products in the bathrooms (a certified B-corp) as well as a lot of repurposed woods in the build and the pool is heated by the buildings AC/heat runoff. Biggest highlights for me are the amazing heated pool, the delicious restaurant, and the hands-down best breakfast buffet in existence. I still think about all three of those things…they’re worth going back to Copenhagen for!
The minute you enter the Hotel and you are mesmerised with the decor and with the art pieces. Saying that what makes a hotel according in my opinion is the people servicing you - extremely well trained and to top it of very warm. The food was ecstatic - flavours were really up there. Recreational facilities were also really good. To sum it up it made me feel good and refreshed - hit the spot.
This hotel obviously wants to attract a fancy crowd. But they forget that the main purpose of a hotel stay is to find some sleep which is not possible here due to the noise resulting from a party in the lobby - they call it „Red Monday“. And this didn’t stop at some point- it went on all night. Outrageous. Totally unprofessional. This should be illegal.
Overall just beautiful hotel that is reasonably priced for it's quality and location to the train. As someone who takes the train to Copenhagen a couple of times a year for work it is really nice that this beautiful hotel is right next to the station, so when I take a 5am train back to Stockholm it isn't too much of a problem waking up. The room design is really nice with a relaxing bathroom. The sheets and pillows are incredible. I actually have purchased them and have them at home now. The staff at the bar downstairs is really chill and enjoy helping you pick out a cocktail. On the roof they have a heated pool where you can book and take a swim in the morning and also enjoy the heat of the sauna. OH YEAH! I forgot! The hotel breakfast is absolutely insane. Like do NOT feel guilty for not exploring the city and find breakfast out and about. Honestly I feel the hotel breakfast at Villa is a special experience within itself. I challenge you to find better pastries. And when you do, please comment. I have stayed here multiple times and plan to stay again moving forward. …
A nice place to stay in Copenhagen. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The room had a nice wiew towards Tivoli. Breakfast included freshly made eggs or omelette. The reception area is very modern with a fine bar. At night some times there is a DJ. The only negative thing is that takes a little time to walk into downtown Copenhagen.
This hotel from start to finish was totally amazing the room was immaculate well done to all the staff at this gorgeous hotel. The breakfast had everything anyone would need, their own bakery too Dinner in the restaurant was also outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel highly Right next door is the train station and across the road is Tivoli gardens PERFECT LOCATION WE DONT WANT TO GO HOME THANK YOU VILLA COPENHAGEN your staff are a credit to you
I mean... where to start!!!??? A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Simply borderline to perfection, if this even in English! Fully staffed, which is a miracle to see in the hospitality industry nowadays! Incredible staff with outstanding people' skills, always with a smile and always ready to help and exceed your expectations, making you feel at home.. in their home! The building is gorgeous, beautifully looked after with a high attention to detail, clean, elegant, suitable for all markets and for all kind of events due to their fantastic bedrooms and meeting spaces, and, of course, group and events team. Nothing was too trouble when executing a high level of event. Breakfast had everything you could have possibly imagined...space, food items, service. The bread was simply to die for!! Overall, a hidden gem in Europe! I have stayed there for 4 days with a group and everything was just great!!! Reception, food and beverage staff, housekeeping!!WELL DONE TEAM VILLA!!! You have been simply been amazing, thank you so much Cheryl, Starr, Alina and your wonderful TEAM for gifting my group and I with an unforgettable experience! You have exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond! Thank you! Stay Amazing!!! 😊 We will definitely see you soon!!!…
Villa CPH has pretty much everything. A very nice lobby, extremely nice personnel, good drinks, the rooms are cozy, clean and very fancy, very nice view over the pool area, the pool itself is a nice addition too. But I think the comment from my girlfriend summarises everything: “This is the best hotel I’ve ever visited”
This hotel is very lush/ amazing and grand. The reception area and general ambiance is super. The rooms are quite small and not offering tea bags. I also had an issue regarding wardrobe space we had 2 hangers and 1 shelf. The staff are GREAT! Amazing team
