I liked the hostel because it’s modern, cool and the pods are comfortable and have everything you need. So have the room. The location is central and extremely handy. The only improvements to give a 10 in my opinion: Having the rooms cleaned every day or at least every other day because with 6 women in a room the place gets dirty and the floors and the shower full of hair by the 2nd day. Also the male receptionist who welcomed me and my friend was unpleasant and rude
The pillows were dirty and uncomfortable. We ask for an additional pillow and we come up against a haughty unprofessional and agressive attitude. the stay at this hotel ruined our stay at copenhagen .
The hostel is well located, clean, and highly recommended. The staff was friendly and comfortable. One point, the storage size was too small for my suitcase. It would be helpful if it were a little bigger.
Nice staff, clean rooms (But very small rooms, as expected) Plenty of facilities, but you had to pay extra. The happy hour was very good with 2 for 1 on beer and there were activities to participate in every night.
We rented 6-bunk room for our family for 3 nights mid-September. The bedding was good and the bunks were long enough for tall adults (I'm 6' 1" and estimate a 6' 6" man would be OK), but the mattresses were a bit on the hard side. The shower and toilet lights were on short timers, so you had to wave your arms around to get them back on. If someone got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the bright lights then stayed on too long after they were done. This would not have been as big a problem if the bunks had curtains, but they did not. Nor did they have a small shelf. The doors on the shower and toilet rooms also did not quite close all the way and did not block noise, and the drains were also clogged so the water backed up. I don't know how anybody sharing a room with strangers would get any sleep at all. One night, a light on the ceiling blinked bright red for about an hour then finally turned off. On the plus side, the hostel was pretty quiet in spite of being very busy, and the location was good. For a large family on a budget, it was a great deal, and we'd probably stay there again in a cool season. I would not stay there in the summer months because of the poor air conditioning.…
have a stay on your own in a hostel where the staff is invisible till needed. rooms that are exactly what you need: a good bed and a warm shower. there is but one thing that could be better: no noise from your neighbours
It was the best time of my life in an hostel. The employees are great, the place is amazing(sports room, swimming pool inside, lot of activities) the room are incredible. The location is also perfect near Central station
It was a very enjoying place. The personal helps you and is very friendly, the cabins in the rooms are practical and you feel hidden in that corners if you feel to need that. In the launch it felt like you´re welcome and it felt very enjoying and like to have possibillitys to meet people!
Can't be beat for the price. The common area was really amazing, everything was clean, well maintained. No problems with check-in, good rooms (must have good roommates). No reason to look for something else in CPH next time. Bunks could use curtains, but no big deal.
Overall our stay in the steel house Copenhagen was a lovely experience staff were friend and very helpful and the facilities are great. Only negative is our room wasn’t cleaned the 5 days we stayed. Should have been every three but didn’t sour our time
