We stayed here for a night on our way north. Staff were very nice and the hotel from the outside looked wonderful. They gave us a room on the third floor (top), I think because we payed for a Jr. Suite. Well there was nothing suite about it. The biggest problem was the sewer smell from the bathroom. At first it was faint and the cleaning products were covering it up. As the night went on the sewer smell kept getting worse. We closed the door and the plugs in the bathtub and sinks. It was horrible. The room was small. Very little furniture, for a suite. We dragged the small circle table in from t he patio to have something to eat on. The bed was lumpy and super soft. The view was the only thing going for this room. Most other hotels in the area were closed by November so we had very little to choose from. Sad. I am not sure if it is management or owners or both. They need to fix this hotel back to its prime, which is far from what it is now. …

Good breakfast but that's it, everything else below average. They quoted one price then demanded another, higher one, reception with an attitude, room below average. Great location though, smack in the center of Lefkada. If you plan to go by car have in mind that parking is a problem.

Firstly, when we arrived, they gave us the key of another room, who someone else already was inside. After they gave us the right room, we realized that even if we have booked a 4 bed room, we saw 2+1 extra bed. They told us that tomorrow (1 person would come tomorrow) they will change our room. As you can imagine, they only add another extra bed with no room at all for our baggage. We had a big argument but they didn't change our room. Because we were there on business we didn't have the time to look for another hotel. In the picture you can see our room without the baggage. Moreover the sink was clogged and no one fixed. My worst experience of reception ever.

After a long flight , the airport cab was able to pull right up to the front door- a novelty in old towns- The front desk spoke great English, Lobby and on-site restaurant had AC, though restaurant is only open for breakfast, which is included til 9:30am. They also had an elevator. The room had AC, though they use the power key cards to turn on room power ; the shower was strong and they had shower gel and shampoo too. Bed was clean and comfy, even the pillows. Very clean. I had a small sweet balcony overlooking the marina a bay . The front desk clerk went above and beyond when my taxi “no showed” on Sunday, and she recruited her husband to get me to the marina of our sailboat. Really incredible…I can’t say enough how unexpected and pleasant for a first timer. It’s on tge edge of the old town, so you can walk to many places .…

We stayed here as a party of 8 before and after our sailing holiday. We were allowed to check in early both times and our luggage was stored when we needed to wait until 5pm to get the boat. Staff very friendly and helpful. AC very good, bedding and towels clean and soft. Location ideal. Good value for money, not five star but we did not pay 5 star prices. Would definately use again when in Lefkada.

Amazing service! Group of 16 of us in 8 rooms. The hotel is an amazing location and clean and service minded. Breakfast was very good and complete. The rooms are well appointed with excellent showers. The staff at breakfast were so nice and accommodating. Speaking great English and Spanish is wonderful.

This people are only looking for how much money they can take off you, not worth going there, it's an outdated place with poor service. I am sure there are other places on the Island way better then place.

After Covid lockdown period, travelling in lefkada was lovely. The island though had so many people during Easter time. Especially in Lefkas town. Our stay at hotel Lefkas was lovely. The rooms very clean and service was perfect. Everything was just a step away. Great location.

I visited hotel Lefkas this summer and everything was perfect, the room was very clean and nice it also had the best view , the stuff was very polite and friendly,plus they provide a huge variety of fresh food in breakfast, also it’s very close to the city center,I will DEFINITELY visit again,10 out of 10 would recommend

Where do i start ... We went there and they didnt want to check us in before 19:00 , it was 17:00 o'clock After the checkin there was no internet for all the stay (5 days) , the rooms were dirty and the bathroom kept smelling. In one of the rooms we ordered with king bed , they brought two single bads together. The staff was rude as hell , they just didn't care at all . They treated us in the most disrespectful way possible. Room service was unknown for them and never offered. They pretend freeparking on site , but there was none for us , even when there was a place near the hotel they had it reserved for someone else. The food ... We had breakfast and lunch included but : For breakfast in the hotel we had a challenge to find clean plates forks and knifes , than the food was the second challenge , to find the one wich was a little freshier than the others , as we got food poisoned from the first breakfast.. For the lunch they told us to go to a cheap tavern nearby which we were more than ok with . At least one of the meals we paid for was eatable . I can keep going for long but I think its clear that if you want to visit Lefkada wich is a beautiful island wich I enjoyed very much, first find the hotel and read carefully the reviews.…
