Fantastic place...everything was great, the house, the private pool, the beach really close and a special thank-you to Spiros who is a great host...the island has great beaches of all kind we enjoyed also riding bikes around the lagoon and also rent a boat from Nydri... we will come back for sure

We made our regular trip to stay at kydonies again this year and it was up to the usual standard. The villa is cleaned practically every day as well as the pool, and of course the owner Spiros is always on hand if you need anything. In fact we have been back for a number of years now and are made to feel like family. Highly recommended.

This was our 1st villa holiday, and what a high standard we’ve set for future holidays. Very helpful owner called Spiros. Took us shopping, and called in most days to see if we needed anything. He would only come in if invited - very respectful. Fabulous villa. Great kitchen. Really comfy bed. Quietest air con ever. Daily maid service. Spotless pool. Wonderful. Hope to return one day. Highly recommended!

We really loved our stay at Villa Mela. The house was really nice and we enjoyed the garden and the pool and the old olive trees. The owner, Spiros was very friendly and helpful. We must admit that we are a cat loving family and we had several cats visiting us every morning and night. It was a very quiet neightbourhood, and waking up hearing the roosters and the bells from the monistry was a good way start the day. We had cleaning every day - both the pool and in the house. We rented bicykles and the area is perfect for that

A complex of villas with private pool and a garden, located in a very quite place near the beach of Agios Ioannis. The villa is spacious with everything you need in order to have a pleasant stay. Spiros was an excellent host and showed us roads, restaurants and places to go. We had an excellent time and we will definitely come back.

We spent one week with kids in Villa Mela. The place was very clean and comfortable, Spiros is a perfect host, really kind and responsive. The private pool was the special feature. The access with big cars requires a good ability.

It was the first time for me and my husband in Lefkada, but I can say that we take the right decision to go there for a great summer week holiday. We chose one bedroom villa (Sapho) which was in very good conditions, very clean and nice architecture (open space kitchen, livingroom and bathroom downstairs and the bedroom at the first floor). You can enjoy the private pool anytime (because it is cleaned regularly) and the maid service it is every 2 days. The beach is closed to the villa (max.3 min) and the tavernas also, the food is good as in every Greek island. And don't forget: if you have any problems you can rely on the owner, Spiros, which is a very nice person, ready to help you anytime, just call him if you need something. Conclusion is: very good location, accommodation, clean pool, quiet area, nice people. And it will be better to have a car to visit all beaches on the island, there are great. Have a nice holiday to you all!…

We love the villas and Lefkada so much we have been back for the last 5 years - this year we stayed in the one bedroom villa in July 2016. There are 4 villas, each with their own pool, situated in a peaceful location in acres of olive groves and 5 mins from Agios Ioannis beach. Lefkada town is 5 mins drive away, and has many good tavernas, bars and shops. The owner Spiros is very helpful and always available. The pool is great and cleaned regularly, and there is maid service 3 or 4 times a week. The villa also has a cooker, washing machine, air-con, bbq and wi-fi. The location is peaceful and quiet, and with a rental car you can visit all parts of the island and the amazing beaches at Agios Nikitas and Porto Katsiki.

We are visiting Lefkas for many years but this year we decided to book a villa close to Lefkada town. We found Kydonies Villas a good option as it is close to the beach where you can find restaurasnts and cafes (4 munites walk). We really enjoyed our stay. Nice Villa with pool for the children. They loved it. In the evenings we were walking to the beach to see the romantic sunset. Spiros is great owner and is there whenever you need something. We will come back again. Quite area and good for people like walking in flat areas.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa for a week in early June. There are 4 villas, which seem to be well maintained and the owner, Spiros is always available and quickly resolves any problems. The destination instructions sent by the owner make the properties easy to find and Spiros will help you orientate yourself as to where the beach and tavernas are... You are a 5 minute walk to the local tavernas and beach. We found that the taverna furthest away was the best, the food there was always very good. The pool was cleaned daily, the grounds were well maintained. Maid service and change of linens cannot be faulted. The cooker and washing machine are functional, but are perhaps past their sell by dates! It may be helpful if Spiros told the prospective renters the name of the villa they were to occupy, it was slightly disconcerting to arrive and guess!!! Internet access was good and it was great place from which to explore the island.…
