Above all, the fact that this villa contains 2 living rooms without air condition is something worth mentioning. We had a summer vacation there with temperatures higher than 35 C and we couldn't stay at the livingrooms. One bedroom also missed AC. We found the villa with 1 broken baby bed, flood in the WC and electricity issue in 1 of the rooms. All problem were solved fast, but we had disturbing entrance to the house. The host is very kind and friendly. The indoor pool is great advantage.

We spent 10 days there and everything was perfect. There everything you need to have a marvelous holiday. Close to Nydri where there are many pubs and tavernas. Paraskevi was very helpful with us and gave us a lot of instructions where to go and what to visit.

Orientée plein sud en hauteur, à 800 mètres de la rue principale très animée de Nydri (et de la mer), la villa est adossée à la montagne dans le calme d'une très grande propriété dotée d'une végétation luxuriante et de massifs de fleurs abondants. Un très grand salon s'ouvre directement sur la piscine avec un panorama - sans aucun voisinage - qui s'étend d'est en ouest de la baie avec Skorpios et Meganisi au loin jusqu'à la montagne qui culmine Lefkada à 1182 mètres. Le cadre extérieur est absolument superbe, extrêmement calme et bien entretenu, y compris la piscine limpide. La maison comprend 2 appartements avec respectivement 2 et 3 chambres (dont 3 ou 4 climatisées). Les sols couverts de marbre ou de carrelage sont très agréables et conservent la fraîcheur dans la maison. La cuisine principale est bien équipée. Le wifi est efficace dans le grand appartement. Bon équipement radio CD. Le mobilier et la décoration intérieure seraient à revoir de mon point de vue (ce point est secondaire en été lorsqu'on vit dehors...).…
