This was a lovely stay! The man was very helpful and friendly during our stay, there were bikes to borrow and fantastic facilities in the room - a fully kitted out kitchen with many appliances. Was about a 20 mins walk to Lefkada centre. It was tranquil and quiet, particularly the pool which we had to ourselves the whole trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday here, would recommend to anyone!

We were so disappointed with our visit. After contacting the owner regarding wheelchair access and stating we were 100% reliant on the chair...we were told access was easy. Sorry we didnt find this at all. On arrival the owner suggested two entrances to our appt, one through the bedroom one up 2 steps through a service door. We thought we would try access through the bedroom...after moving furniture we realised that the radiator behind the door wouldn't allow the wheelchair to fit through! Good job we had transfer boards to use as a ramp to get in. If the owner states wheelchair friendly please ignore ..we were treated as second class guests and other than his money no other thought was given to our needs. In the description it states every room has a view of the Ionion sea...we had a view of a scrap yard from our room!! There are no local facilities to wander out to for a drink or meal. In our opinion the property is in a poor residential area out of Lefkas Town. We booked for 4 nights and stayed 1. We are English people who have lived in Greece for 11 years and have stayed in many places but have never left after 1 night before....we will never go back.…

Amazing place in a quiet area very close to Lefkada Town. The apartment is super clean and well supplied. Panos (a real hard man working) and his staff do a great job to give best service and solution to all the problems. While we have the chance we will came back and for sure we will recommend to everybody. Thanks!

We booked this hotel almost on the spot, due to a ferry mishap, and we had no idea how lucky we were to end up here. The owner Panos was one of the friendliest, most hospital and accommodating people I've ever met. We arrived at around 11 am and they got our room ready in about an hour and we even received a snack and a bottle of water while we waited. The room was very large and had its own balcony. The bed was comfortable and the air condition functioned more or less perfectly. The bathroom was perhaps a bit dated, but nothing to shrug at, considering the price and the overall comfort of the grounds and room. Panos as I said, was very kind and offered us everything from bikes (although they turned out to be more for short distance), access to the washing machine free of charge, and even drove us down to the town to rent bikes in his own car. He also helped us book taxis as we needed them. The pool was clean and they have more than enough sun beds. Thanks so much for everything Panos!…

It is really all you need. Double and single bed. Nice table for dinning and normal kitchen with big fridge. There is other table on terase with nice view and pool for all guests. There is also TV but I dont use it on holidays. What I love is the "endless" warm water on shower! Great location in peace and amazing acomodation!

Everything was perfect. Lovely quiet location, clean pool, plenty of loungers and friendly staff. Came home feeling relaxed. Views from our first floor balcony were amazing. Spacious, well equipped apartment. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Took 15 mins.

Nice surrounding, near to the town, a clean swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen. All you need in an apart hotel!! Parking lot in place, bicycles for free! The owner and the stuff is friendly and ready to solve any problem for you.

We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way to Kefalonia - we had taken the phones of Ithaki holidays because it had fridge and parking (we were traveling with lots of stuff in the car and we were afraid to leave it just somewhere). The owner waited for us about 20 minutes on the entrance of the town, and then he escorted us to the hotel. It is less then five minute drive from the center of Lefkada and yet it is outside the town - perfect location! There was a big parking, the room was equipped with everything a family might need, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice balcony with a table outside. It is a very cozy place, we would ccertainly visit again.

Nice clean hotel with a/c,free wi-fi,fridge and electric kitchen,but the best of all was the hospitality of the owner and stuff.We'll definetely visit again Ithaki holidays even for a weekend (we live 4 hours away from Lefkada island). Recommended also for the relaxing atmosphere. P.S. Dont forget to ask Panos (the owner) for a reflexiology massage.
