Great place at an amazing location! A path from the rooms leads to an amazing beach (the island’s best in my opinion!) Georgia is really polite and willing to help with everything you might need. Will definitely come back!

We loved our 5 night stay at Beyond Villas. Stunning view of the Ionian Sea and Milos beach. There's a private path down to the beach which is a challenge but well worth it. Gorgeous beach and it's stress free without driving to find parking at another beach. It's not common to have a hotel on the west side of Lefkada so this one is special. We could also walk into Agios Nikitas - a fantastic little village with plenty of restaurants and little shops. The villa was comfortable with both bedrooms having airco. A cleaner came daily. It was also cool to have a window from the pool into the bedroom. We all loved our stay at Beyond Villas and would definitely return. (some reviews give misinformation about no airco, no cleaning, and also there being 5 villas when there are only 3 - there are only 3 and all are shown on the website). (Also we had a problem with a hairdryer and it was solved within 12 hours - thank you Elenh for super service!)

We are a small family of 3, mum dad and a 10 month old, we are so content and happy hear we don't wish to leave, our visit is in Oct so we're outside the peak tourist season so the village is quiet and we are very relaxed, there is many tasty places to eat there. Hire a car from Preveza Airport, (laws in Greece now need drivers to have an international driving licence), drive from airport and arrive then relax then you can make the short drive to town for food, basic shopping etc if need be otherwise escape the world and watch the sunset. Our host Litsa is wonderful, so helpful and happy organised a cot for us and has checked in via whats app, she is great. I definitely recommend this place if you get the chance to visit. The beach is down about 250 steps, and it's worth every one and I am not a fit person.Pack food and breakfast stuff if you don't wish to look for it in town as the villa has cooking equipment, at least bring milk if you want white coffee in the morning.

Great view, clean villas, short walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada. The only bad think i can think of is that the days are never enough to Enjoy and relax in these amazing villas.

We had an extraordinary stay at beyond villas this summer. Our villa was villa Afroditi, which is the highest of the three beyond villas. The view from the terrace is just amazing, overlooking Milos beach. We counted 319 steps from our villa down to the beach which may be looked at as disturbung. We didn't, it just made us enjoy our after-beach-drinks a little more ;-) . Booking was performed very smoothly by email with Sofia, confirmations and additional information was received to our full satisfaction. The villas are just great! One of the two bedrooms has two windows, one overlooking the pool, the other - just below the first one - with a view right into the swimming pool. This lower window colours the room turquoise, a very nice effect of this architecture. Last but not least - Ms Argyros and her husband: They are the good souls, taking care of the house and the pool and everything you may need support for. They were so lovely, we missed them the minute we left the house. The only negative thing, if we had to report one, were people that do not respect fences, climbed over them and walked right through this private property to access the beach. You do not want strangers to walk past your pool or terrace. This has been reported and one is aware that further measures have to be arranged for. We hope the get back there again, soon.

We stayed here for 2 nights with 2 kids. The overall experience was awesome and if it wasn't for the low temp in the pool we would have enjoyed all the more. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the well equipped kitchen. I would suggest that a cutting board and a microwave would be a welcomed addition to the kitchenette. Overall we had a beautiful land memorable stay. Kids also had a swell time . Thanks to the property manager who was so helpful and kind. Reni and Ameetha

What can i say? The villa is what it promises to be. Clean, big, sunny, with and absolutely breathtaking view. The hostess was sweet and absolutely helpful. We had our sheets and towels renewed every day and it was a happy surprise to see a bottle of wine and things like jam, biscuits, butter (all that u need for your breakfast) upon our arrival. The only thing that i have to say is that the ceiling fan in the living room was not working and it never worked during our week of staying.
