The location is excellent, far enough from crowded towns but still in good reach of famous taverns if you fancy to have a bite of some local fantastic food. We were three families staying in the Villa Eva. We were met by the owners Karl and Eva who explained everything to us concerning the villa.There is a list of dos and don’t a bit regimental for what you are paying. The villa and pool area was very clean with everything you require for a self catering holiday. The views from the villa are spectacular and sitting on the veranda in the evening with a G&T is very relaxing. 1. It would have been nice if there was a small welcome pack ie. bread, milk, tea especially if you arrive late at night as the nearest supermarket is about 20mins drive away. 2. Also the towels were rather thin and on the small side but apart from these.two small points we really enjoyed our holiday in villa Eva.

Hi, Sorry I dont know this client, as she didnt write her name and the terms of her holiday. At arrival we give clients in 5 minutes basic necesary info, for example how to get to private sea area, how to use some gadgets etc. Yes we are selfcatering villas with nearest supermarket 5 km ( 5 min drive). We provide every client with 2 towels in normal hotel quality, we dont provide clients with pool and beach towels,which we have in our conditions. Thank you for your feedback. Eva Eden

The word Eden is perhaps the best description for the complex of villas. We stayed in Adam's villa, the first villa in the complex and we can put here some words about our escape: 1. The landscape is wonderful and you relax even if you work or it is a rainy and ugly weather for a stay, swimming pool, garden, sea, quiet, there may be only a few things that make me come back here. 2. The hosts, Eva and Carlos, were very nice and if Eva smiles all the time and is very cute, Carlos has a slightly different personality and tells you what you can and can not do - common sense requirements to enjoy the feast of the location and next time. 3. The acces road is not very friendly, we arrived with a sedan, but I recommend a 4x4, especially as the access to most beaches on the island is a little complicated. We’ll be back next time for shure! …

We visit villas for rent every year, but I never slept so good in my life like in the Eden. I got such an incredible recharge of energy. the Owners were super nice, always willing to help. The place is beautiful and the swimming in sea the best.

We were 4 couples who stayed in villa Eva for 12 nights, which is situated between the others two villas. Dear Eva, I feel like I have to give you two reviews: The first one would be 5 stars for your place. It’s a very beautiful villa, very clean, perfect view. The pool was clean, with nice view to the sea. We had the occasion to watch magnificent sunrises and a gorgeous moon at night, and the private access to the sea was something you’ll wish to have at every villa you’ll rent after you’ll stay here. They have a lot of cats there, and that was great, since I’m a cat lover. The second one, unfortunately, is 1 star, and is based on an unpleasant situation. When we arrived in eden, we met with the owners and found out about the house rules (they have many). We knew about the no party policy, but we didn’t know that they don’t allow music at all outside by the pool. I feel like I should have known about these rules before renting the place, and mainly that’s why I’m writing this review. After talking with Eva, she agreed to let us to listen to music outside until 10:30 p.m. without having party (so no loud music), which we agreed to (we never intended to have one, anyway). So we were by the pool, talking, laughing, enjoying some nice music (because listening to music it’s not considered party here :-) ), when suddenly at 9:10 p.m., Carl appears with sirens, in a very intrusive and abusive manner, yelling at us that we have 10 minutes to go inside, otherwise he will call the police. We turned the music off immediately, and then I went with my friend Oana to their cabin to clear things up, but Carl was again aggressive and disrespectful, mainly insisting on the fact that neighbours called because they felt disturbed by us. The second day we visited our neighbours in order to apologize, but we were surprised to find out they didn’t even heard us until the fight happened (when Carl came with sirens..) Things would have been different if your villa’s description had been complete, and this review could have been different if only we were addressed in a more civilized manner... In conclusion, it’s a superb villa, as presented in pictures, perfect for quiet people, with no music or any loud noises outside. Sincerely, Larisa…

Hi Larisa, Thank you for your feedback. In any civilian world will not be accepted parties with loud music annoyig the neighbours. We asked you in advance very politely not to have loud party outsid and explained that we have in Eden children and people who likes quiet. You didnt accept it. The English lady from villa ADAM called me 3 times, very angry and complained loud noise. So we had to be more strict and use siren, becouse of loud music to communicate. The English lady was probably "scared" next morning to tell you this in face. Such a situation doesnt make us happy, but we have to protect our clients. Best regards Eva - the owner

We visited as a family, the place in enchanted, with stairs that lead to a private dock for swimming or mooring a small boat. The owners were very involved, cooking, getting us everything we needed and making us feel at home. They were also full of tips for the best places to go, for example Evgiros, the village on the road, which is really lovely. Thanks Karl and Eva, we'll be back soon!
