This hotel offers very good value for money in my opinion. The location is in the center of the city and is close to most attractions. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to make a hotel booking in the Lisbon area during the COVID-19 period choose another option. This hotel does not offer any flexibility in terms of shifting dates or receiving a voucher in the event of new restrictions being put in-place (I was not requesting a refund, merely asking to simply switch dates). This is despite other hotels making similar accommodations and Portugal / EU regulations essentially stating that it is mandatory. In addition, it took me several outreach attempts to even get a response from their team on this matter (which ended up coming after my initial check-in date). Overall my experience dealing with their team was very poor and I would strongly recommend looking at other properties to book with.
I booked the hotel and I had to postpone my trip for a few days due to the Covid implemented rules of the Portugal government. The management of the Hotel refused to move my reservation even if just for a few days.
The location for this hotel is perfect and very central. It's quite small with nice, albeit plain, rooms, but very clean. Great breakfast and lovely dining/lounge areas. The staff were mainly okay but could have been friendlier
I has booked 1 night through booking.com as I do frequently. I paid in advance and when I arrived I was expecting a swift check-in process as I had already given all my details (Inc Credit Card and ID) and a professional and welcoming rec staff. We what hapened was that I was met by a poorly dressed and shabby looking girl who looked at me as if was an alien and then proceded with requests of form-filling, signing, and asking for additional ID ad ANOTHER card. All this while she answered her private phone and exhibited a disrespectful overall attitude. She demanded that I walked 3 miles to my car through quarantined Lisbon to get my cards (room had been paid, my details were already on the booking AND NO ONE ASKS FOR THIS UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLAUSIBLE WAY OF REFUSING A GUEST. I am a regular guest at Lisbon hotels and this never happened before. In fact I walked out not wanting to stay there anymore and I checked into another hotel (with higher star-rating) and check in took me 2 minutes and no problems were created by the reception staff as it has been in all hotels before. Therefore I would love to see that shabby and rude receptionist lose her job and give way to someone who really wants to work and I would like compensation from the hotel. DO NOT GO THERE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER ALTERNATIVES NEARBY.…
