No complaints whatsoever. Easy to access from the airport, friendly staff, spotless clean room, good sized bathroom, the comfiest bed ever. Good atmosphere. Breakfast only starts at 7:30, no bar or place to dine, just to be aware. Recommended

This is a new hotel concept by a Portuguese company and as we live in Portugal we were pleased to support it on a recent visit to Lisbon to see a concert at the Altice arena, which was within walking distance. The hotel is a budget hotel in terms of price, so no frills, but very stylish in its design with comfortable beds and the biggest plus point, it was spotlessly clean. Well done the cleaners, you are a credit to your employers! The welcome was also good from reception, both as we checked in and on our return after the concert. Breakfast was continental and it was fine. I would have liked a few tomatoes or cucumber to go with the cheese and ham, but there was fresh orange juice, good coffee from the machine and you could make your own pancakes with a machine.The room was quiet, despite a busy road outside and the temperature was fine, the shower was excellent. The only thing I would have liked was two more pillows as there was only one per person but two were supplied without any problem when I asked reception. An enjoyable one night stay at a reasonable price and we will return.

A lovely hotel situated close to the Oriente bus station and Vasco do Gama shopping centre. We stayed two nights - 1 at the beginning and 1 at the end of our trip from Lisbon. The staff were professional and extremely welcome, particularly the young woman who welcomed us back in the Sunday night. Breakfast was in a light airy restaurant and there was plenty to suit all tastes. Spotlessly clean room and comfortable beds. Highly recommended

It is a new three-star hotel, very clean. Why the low score? It seems to be designed by aliens who only have a very vague understanding of human needs. No place to store your things, no tea kettle or coffee maker, no shelf for toothbrushes or cosmetics in the bathroom. Forget about room service or laundry service.

Dear F1uffy, Thank you for your feedback. We do feel sorry for your experience not being the best and for all the incovenience it might have brought to you, but unfortunately our hotels are 2 stars and for that reason we have a low vary of services to offer. However, giving we are a new type of budget hotels, focusing on price, comfort and location for our guests, we do not provide any extra services or amenities other than the strictly essential for a stay. We advise all guests or possible guests to check our website as we do not promise anything we can't provide in our hotels, as laundry service, tea kettle, coffee maker, room servide or restaurant. We do have a shelf for our guests belongings in the bathroom right below the back mirror to store toiletry bags, cosmetics or others, as the toothbrushes have room right in the sink as it has a plain corner specifically for these kinds of needs. As in the room, we do offer an open wardrobe where clothes can be hung up and bags stored. The space isn't extremely large if you travel heavy and we do feel sorry for the incovenience. We do hope that you visit us on a next trip and would love to invite you to experience Moov hotels on its fullest for what they are. Kind regards, Moov Hotels team

Excellent contemporary designed hotel, which was very clean and comfortable. There is an extensive selection of food for breakfast, which is good value. Ideal location for visiting the attractions of Lisbon, due to its close proximity to the Metro. The receptionists were all very helpful, particularly Alexander and Caroline, who are great ambassadors for the hotel.

Everything you need. It’s basic, but very clean, modern, good shower, comfortable bed (we slept soundly). Conveniently located to airport (10min drive) so if you’ve got a late flight like we did it was great to find somewhere close and get to bed.
Check in was smooth, check out is easy and they let us leave our bags there.
Didn’t have breakfast but it was €12.
I’d recommend.

Only stayed at this hotel for one night. It is located by the airport, and we were flying home the next day. Staff was very nice and helpful. They booked us a taxi for the next day, for our ride to the airport. Also recommended a great restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, very comfortable rooms and great location for the airport; It is also a short stroll downto the marine area with the aquarium and a funicular. Everything was spotless and the shower was the best.

Stay was a great value and convenient to airport in the am. Suggest coffee in the room and eggs on buffet in the morning. Staff was all friendly room was clean!
