I booked this hotel immediately after the quarantine restrictions changed between England and Portugal and I was not disappointed. This hotel was superb and offered first-class service in every department and showed the utmost care needed for the present day Covid restrictions. The personal service it showed cannot be faulted. breakfast was excellent and showed great choice with great fried eggs! Thank you.

This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Everything we wanted was available, as per the previous review. The staff are well presented, polite, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to be of assistance. The bars and restaurants offer fine food, drinks and cocktails. The bonus for us on this visit was that Sky View has now opened, although this was not the fault of the hotel but due to the government and the situation. Treat yourself and give it a try. I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

We have stayed at this hotel for a few days including my birthday, I did not mention when I have booked the stay or when we arrived there about my birthday, but surprisingly on the day of my birthday I have received a complementary bottle of champagne and delicious tiramisu cake with the candle, it has certainly made my special day. This hotel isn't right at the city centre although it is within 5 minutes from the tube which has made it easily accessible for us, the location wasn't a problem at all. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable, breakfast choice was amazing, fresh food, gluten free options, choice for plant-based milk which has made the difference. On the roof-top there is a luxurious bar that provides indoor or outdoor sitting with stunning views, cocktails were not cheap but really good, music was great and overall atmosphere was really pleasant.…

My wife and I have just returned from a few days in the Hotel Tivoli. Lisbon. We found the staff were some of the best we have ever had. They all spoke excellent English, were knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We cannot speak too highly of them. Plus of course the very excellent hotel. Everything was top quality as one would expect from a “proper” 5 star hotel. We cannot wait to return in summer.
