I have been staying in this hotel for the past 15 years. Quality remains the same. Wherever I have stayed in the world in my long years of travelling I do not think I have experienced such efficient and friendly services as those of the staff at the front desk.

This is a fabulous hotel I can't believe I got for the price. Clean and met all my needs with ideal location for my work at nearby universities. Short walk to bus lines and Entrecampos Metro. Best about this place was Dinis, who keeps the front desk spinning like a top and took great care of me throughout my stay. Also the cleaning staff was kind and efficient.

Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) welcomed NH hotel chain within the alliance more than two years ago. Clearly it's not been long enough and NH continues to have problems integrating to GHA. After two years it's harder to overlook the problems - they had plenty of time.
I booked my stay in GHA's app and at check-in the staff originally could not find my reservation. Finally I was given room keys to an un-upgraded room and did not receive any welcome amenity. I asked at front desk why no upgrade and they said it's because they can see my GHA account number but it appears to them as if I have no status. That is odd, I could understand if they could not find me at all, but to find my number but not see that my status is Titanium, that shows how poor the integration between NH and GHA is going.
GHA is already the most stingy hotel loyalty program of the big ones (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and Accor) for example because 95% of member hotels do not provide breakfast to elites but if in addition there is no room upgrade then the value for the money could hardly be worse. I paid 15 EUR for breakfast to try it and it was ok although if I stayed again I would probably skip. Similarly, the room itself was clean and functional, but for the price I paid there are a lot of better alternatives in Lisbon.
Not only I will not rush back to this hotel specifically, but it also does not give me a positive outlook on booking any NH hotel for the foreseeable future until they get their act together.

Lovely NH hotel right near metro station. Ideal as not far from the airport and easy to explore Lisbon. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice which was refreshed regularly and you could even order freshly cooked eggs and meats. Hotel bar was a welcome first night as the hotel was not located near any local bars.

NH is always a reliable hotel chain and NH Lisboa Campo Grande checked all our requirements for an overnight stay.
Spacious rooms for two, comfortable beds and pillows, and the little touches of complimentary capsule coffee, tea, and water; large bathrooms; and a great location easily accessible by car plus a lovely progressive neighborhood with numerous restaurants and cafes all make for a great stay.
The breakfast was substantial and tasty. Loved how they highlighted the uniquely Portuguese offerings with story cards.
Our minor comment is that the hotel is slightly understaffed to assist larger family groups. And the elevators are a tight fit. But for an on-the-go couple with interest in staying in Lisbon, NH Lisboa Campo Grande is a no brainer.

An excellent hotel, convenient for the city centre and close to all amenities. The staff are helpful and professional where nothing was a problem. A bottle of champagne and dessert was provided courtesy of the hotel on the last night of our stay

Very clean and comfortable modern hotel. We loved our room and bathroom! The breakfast is wonderful with so much choice, and really helpful, friendly staff. However, we would not recommend dinner here. The restaurant is overpriced for the quality and portion size of food. It also lacks atmosphere. Sadly, there is no pool, but staff did offer to contact their sister hotel which was very helpful.

This hotel was in a great location to get to the airport and was one bus ride away from Alfama shopping area and the beautiful sites. The room was very clean and the bathroom was perfect! A huge bathtub and lots of room to spread your stuff out. The hotel desk staff was very helpful with our questions.

We dónt have kettles on the 100% of our rooms, but you can ask for one at the reception desk and have it free of charge. Same for the iron, due to security policies they are not located on the rooms but you can also ask for it.

Yes. I would recommend it. It is a 10 minute drive from the airport by taxi. Tell the driver you want the NH hotel in Campe Grande as there are others. A taxi downtown will be no more than 8 euros. There is a bus depot about a 3 minute walk away from the hotel if you need public transport. The hotel will guide you as to numbers. Transport is v cheap.
There are more places to choose from in the Lisbon area.
