With a relaxed and familiar atmosphere, Loulé Jardim Hotel has the ideal conditions for a family weekend or a relaxing holidays. We have 52 comfortable rooms with a nice decoration, right in the centre of the fantastic city of Loulé. We have a swimming pool on the third floor, with salt water, where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the city of Loulé and the Algarve Coast. Bar and a delicious breakfast are daily available in a newly renovated, interior garden. Enjoy also our living room, with a fireplace, which warms us in the (rare) winter coldest days. Free WiFi is available to all our guests. The outdoor activities are also diverse: buggy or jeep tours through the mountains, without forgetting the entire Historic Zone of the city and, of course, the fantastic Algarve beaches.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, lovely roof-top pool and ample, tasty breakfasts.
This small friendly family-run hotel sits in a quiet square on the edge of Loulé town centre. Parking is limited, but free on the streets around the hotel. Fine if it's quiet, but I imagine it might have been different if COVID hadn't been keeping the numbers down.
Sanitisers everywhere and a nice touch was a little container of toothpicks in the lift so you didn't have to touch the buttons.
Breakfast was included in the rate and was buffet style, but there were gloves available of which you had to use a new pair every time you went up to the counter.
Rooms were spacious, which was good for us, and seem to have been recently refurbished. The refurbishment seems to be ongoing as we got a new toilet seat during our stay. Our shower was over the bath, but I did notice a couple of other rooms had walk-in showers, so perhaps ours will get the same treatment in the coming months.
Staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast team were diligent about frequent cleaning of the buffet stations and the tables and chairs between guests.
The only minor complaint is that the coverage and speed of the wifi was variable. We tried streaming tv once or twice and our mobile data performed much better that the hotel's broadband. The joys of travelling with a teenager....
All in all, we felt very safe & comfortable there and have booked a return visit for later in the year (quarantine regulations permitting). We are looking forward to it!
Thank you for a lovely stay.

My husband and I visited Loule for Carnaval and couldn't believe this hotel wasn't sold out... let alone that it was so cheap! We had a lovely stay. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. Parking was included (very helpful during a time when the city is absolutely packed) and the breakfast spread was top-notch with great variety. The rooms aren't quite as updated as they appeared online, but ours was still comfortable. If we're ever back in Loule, we'd definitely stay again!

Excellant , breakfast, staff. We had superior room, facing newly re furbished square (trees lovely, dk blue flowers) 2 n €128 including tea tray. Big, beautiful room /BR but had to waste water, running it of to get warm water, at 10 am. Sm basement parking. No evening meals, Alfonso rest oppisite is ok, friendly, typical of sm Port rest. Saturday`s municipal mkt is certainly well worth visiting,as is pedestrian area, tourist shops, cafes.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to be away from the tourist areas along the Algarve. We were not disappointed. Our room on the top floor had a balcony overlooking the town, with ensuite bath (single sink and shower/tub combination) and a King size bed. Unit had A/C which we appreciated given the 100 degree temperatures outside. Breakfast buffet was included which offered a variety for any guest’s tastes, served in a dining area off the reception area on first floor. Photos with this review show the rooftop swimming pool which was well used, view from deck, our room and interior guest areas on first floor.
Were we to return to the Algarve area, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for a week. Great hotel close to centre of old town. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked choices. Several restaurants close by and we were able to park outside the hotel every day although the hotel does have a garage if parking is not possible on the street. Highly recommend a stay here.

Loule is a great town, and this is one of the few larger hotels there. Most others are guest houses. This hotel has a lot of rooms but feels peaceful, especially at this time of year (Feb). We have a room on the corner so there is a great view over the town. Lovely staff and a breakfast to die for. No evening meal but staff recommend places, especially good Portuguese cuisine places. Good looking pool and lounging area on 4th floor, but not heated apparently. Plus a gym.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff! From arrival to checkout they were pleasant and helpful.
The room was clean and a good size. The pool and gym were clean. The lounge area was very spacious and comfortable.
The hotel offers e-scooters for a small fee for you to get around. The breakfast was ok, but I don't expect to be uprooting trees with breakfast. The location is perfect and has a variety of restaurants and cafes within minutes. The main centre is a 5min walk and many of the attractions are located around it like the Mercado and church etc. Loule is a very quite rural area so perfect for a quite trip or a little relaxing.
I'd definitely go back again.

We stayed at the Loule Jardim Hotel for 27 nights as part of our winter n the Algarve. It is a charming hotel and looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Since it was cool weather, the sun deck was not set up yet but the covered indoor pool was lovely. The staff is exceptional and so very willing to go the extra step to answer questions and make recommendations. Reception, dining room and housekeeping staffs were always so friendly and welcoming. They set a very high standard! If we are in the area again, this is the only place we would consider staying.

The hotel has beautiful interiors, room was clean and large with nice view on town and even ocean. Staff was friendly. The location is very nice and quiet. Breakfast was tasty, there were many options, even dairy free yogurts and milks. Free parking on the street or in the hotel garage. I did not like (nothing important) poor wifi, small TV and there could be a shower instead of bathtub. Toiletries and water pressure in shower were poor.

Third time at Loule Jardim. Very good hotel. And the location, woaw, the park outside, you can crawl to the local bar and Alfonso III. A very good restaurante. Rooms are clean and OK.
This year, We stayed two days with the Carneval, 20-21 Febr.
But when we arrived at the breakfast, both days, everything was empty, no glasses, no cups, a lot of things just empty. I think I want an answer from executive. We had friends, we recomenned the hotel. And at breakfast everything is empty????

Yes the hotel supplies towels for the pool.
Honestly haven't spent Xmas there! Portugal is pretty low key at Christmas they celebrate for the holy reasons! Few bars will do English Xmas but most do salted cod! Bierra Ria in Tavira does proper lunch as lots of brits and Irish in Tavira.
We like Xmas so that we can walk on beach Boxing Day and miss the commercial side!
Hope this helps
Hi Becky - not sure about a disabled room but it certainly has a lift and I don't recall any difficult access points around the hotel. Suggest you give them a call as they're really friendly and helpful!
We made a booking on for com and we didn't have to pay till after we had been at the hotel!!!
