Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
General score is very good. Nice area, clean rooms, good meals throughout, good internet conectivity and very kind staff. Things to improve; now days you can buy Nespresso or any other kind of coffee machine for 60eur, when buying in bulk even cheeper, it would be nice to have one in the room Same for the TV, signal is week and size of the screen is, lets say, PC monitors are bigger, upgrade is required and now is also very affordable when buying in bulk. Lastly toilette paper, it is coloured one, which means is produced with percentage of plastic and unclean, coloured paper and as such it is not the best option from hygiene point of view, clean, white are the best. I would recommend this hotel and if opportunity arises, I will visit it again

Reception with "Ana" was very friedly. She is nice, helps, informs about the location and even our trips to the next stay. The building is great, very clean room, library is just outstanding. We had dinner in the restaurant Very fair prices, attentive waiters, delicous meal.

Such a unexpected bonus to our west coast trip in Portugal. Booked this hotel last minute without any expectations and it was wonderful! Hotel was beautiful, room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. Exceptional staff, particularly Anabela at the front desk, the lovely and funny bartender/server and our patient and informative breakfast server. Each went above and beyond in service and offered little tidbits about the area, food, sites etc that added beautifully to our Sine experience. The breakfast was a standout, so much to choose from esp when it came to sweets, all homemade:) Will remember it fondly, thank you!

This hotel is located at a great location in Sines, overseeing the sea and the port. For the first time ever, the hotel asked me my credit card details and used it to block twice the amount of the room price. I received a message from my bank stating that this amount was blocked... I called the hotel and they confirmed that they did it to make sure that I would pay... »no worries they said, I will get my money back in 8 days...!! » These manners are not the one of a good hotel. I travel the world since a long time and this is really the first time that such bad behavior is happening. Avoid this hotel for that.

We had a very good experience having an overnight in this hotel. We were very much pleased with the grandeur of the hotel, the hospitality and friendly service. The accomodation was very good and quiet - a quality we appreciate alot. In the morning we enjoyed a generous breakfast. It is perfectly located to visit Sines, a nice maritime town.

The place is so relaxing, and the atmosphere cosy and enjoyable, everyone is nice and professional, breakfast is super with lots of things and fresh fruit, rooms are comfortable, the hotel overall is beautiful and close to the beach and the city center! Moreover you have private inside parking available, towels, beach umbrella, free apples to bring with you every day,.. little things but altogether they are not easy to find at all. Everything has been really appreciated!! Thanks!

Stayed for a short time while awaiting arrival of my ship. Verh peaceful and quite place.
While checking in prefer rooms with the view of the sea.
Beach is also nearby.
Food choices are good. Rooms are little smaller size as per my preference but for a short stay it was ok.

An excellent small hotel in a perfect location. Beautiful building with a wonderful view. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious. We also had a good dinner in the restaurant. Perfect with the hotels garage. Very good value for the money!

Wow! The hotel was completely renovated and well kept old doctor´s home with friendly staff. Perfect location with great views over Sines beach and short walk to the old town. Spacious common areas and great breakfast! A must stay if in Sines!

Great hospitality and service. The lady on the reception was very kind and warm with us! The food was delicious and the rooms wonderful! I hope I could stay more! It's near the port and has a great view! I suggest it undoubtedly!!
