Top concept for long or short duration stays, for students, adults. Top location of the hotel. Tram stop (L21) located at 10m. Top availability of the crew, before the stay by email and during the stay. I recommend. I highly recommand.

Nice location and breakfast area but too expensive for the standard of the hotel. We would have liked more curated and clean rooms, and a more competent staff overall. Very inexperienced. For the value should be less expensive.

big rooms, comfortable beds, nice vibe, friendly staff. Fridges and a cooking area was nice extra. Good coffee and plenty of places to work in the day with power plugs. Easy access to the tram and 10 mins to central station. Short walk to the main river so nice for morning walks etc.

If you're traveling to Rotterdam for an event at Erasmus University, then I very much recommend The Social Hub as an affordable and reasonably priced option for lodging. The hotel is student run, and the students are very professional and courteous. It was perfect for a four or so night stay.

We really liked the hotel. Excellent location, friendly staff. Special thanks to the event manager for a wide variety of activities. In addition to the gym, the hotel has a games room: billiards, darts, table tennis, table football - in the evening there is definitely something to do.

I can recommend the Social Hub for solo travelers or those going on a business trip. I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast, though, but everything else was very pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

The cleaning stuff tends to be arrogant and they just make the floor, changes the shetets and sometimes they do the bathroom (depending on what person comes to clean) but they do nothing else beside this. The laundry room it's f***** hell, it's so hot inside, there's no ventilation at all and do the laundry it can take 3 hours since it's always busy. The matress it's very bad and you're lucky if you don't have a flat in front of your window, so you don't have to close your courtins the hole day.

We do offer daily housekeeping for our hotel guests, but we'll definitely look into the concerns you've raised to improve our service.
