Lovely new hotel in good location in Rotterdam for our first visit. Room is compact but very clean and comfortable beds with quality pillows and duvet! Showering not the most private but we worked around that! Hilton status was recognised at check in and given a €10 per person to use for breakfast at the restaurant ‘Most’ on site. Delicious! Also offered a late check out to 2pm which we didn’t use in the end. Check in / out was pleasant and efficient. Staff friendly and very helpful. Theres a large supermarket Jumbo next door. Would definitely stay here again.

We feel welcome when arrive and they gave us the room before check in time. All the staff are friendly and helpful including the ones in the restuarant. Locationwise, it's very close to markethall and cube house but a bit of a walk to shopping center. There's a tram station in 5 mins walk. The room is very very small although well designed you will not have much privacy so I'm not sure if suitable for friends. The way the shower is designed separated from toilet and sink meaning there's no place to get undressed but outside. Not a lot of space for people with more than 1 big luggages either. On the good side, the shower is great with strong hot water. Bed is one of the best. We slept like babies. Breakfast options at the restaurant are great and tasty. We will surely come back if we're in town again.…

If you are here next time, please do let us know, we can show you the fastest way to walk. There are 2 different ways to walk to the main shopping street, depending on the type of stores you fancy.. one of the walks will be a good fit im positive! Hope to see you soon! Poor experience, quite small rooms. Worst part is they have only 8 iron in whole hotel with 108 rooms. Looks they are not friendly for business trips as Iron is essential for meetings. No manager at night quite poor show

Hi, very sad to read that we havent been able to give you a wonderful stay! We appreciate your review and always try to improve our service. We are more than happy to purchase a couple extra ironing boards. We want to have enough to deliver the right service. We do have a manager at night. Maybe you couldnt see him since the Manager also does safety rounds. However you can always call or text the reception via the QR in your room. He has the phone with him all the time. Had a very good stay. Location of the hotel is perfect. 5 min walk from Blaak Metro/Trainstation (only 4 metro stops from Park+Ride Kralingszoom if you are by car). Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected but it was nice and had a good sleep. Breakfast was very tasty. Next time I will also book the restaurant. I experienced the Motto concept as nice touch. Will come back for more.
