The hotel is well located in the center of Rotterdam, the room is clean and the price is not excessive. There is no air conditioning, but there is a large, quiet ceiling fan. For breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant which is located three minutes walk from the hotel where you receive a hearty and varied breakfast, but always the same every day. Having stayed five days, I received five tickets for breakfast. However, I learned on the penultimate day that the restaurant only opens at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, instead of 7:30 a.m. on other days. As this did not suit me at all because I had to take a train at 9:15 a.m., I requested a refund for this last ticket, which was categorically refused. I don't understand at all this non-commercial and rigid attitude for a customer who stayed five days, especially since the host could resell this unused ticket to a next customer.…

Sometimes the best thing you can hope for in a hotel is having staff who will help you while abroad. I was stranded close to Hotel Emma and Reno not only helped me solve the problem, but also offered me a cup of coffee while at it.

Very customer friendly staff, no hassle, nice clean bedding, great location, good price. They have a nice little terrace looking over the city cenyte. I would want to come back next time when I visit Rotterdam.

The place was great. The self check in and out was super efficient and the ability to enter with your phone was great. Beds were comfy but the pillows we were not used too. Plenty of PowerPoints and fans for the hot days. About a 10 min walk from the central station and close to all things Netherlands if you get my drift 😄

On a main road but quiet. Standard size rooms with a lift up to them. Wonderful breakfast included which is served at a local cafe just down the road. Ideal for walking everywhere in Rotterdam, river, cube houses, markets. Lots of bars and restaurants in the local streets. Friendly staff with 24 hour reception.

We had a really good stay, people are really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was fluffy. We had to stay overnight because of a hospital visit the next day really early, it is only a short walk to the children’s hospital.

Excellent clean room in the centre of Rotterdam. Although it's in the centre and in a busy street, the rooms are very quiet. Ideal location to explore Rotterdam. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom.

A lovely hotel with wonderful staff. We had a bath ( room 34 ) and a kettle. The location is very good - near metros and trams. We had breakfast in a cafe round the corner as the place the hotel had an arrangement with was very disappointing. Parked the car for 2 nights at a Park Bee across the road €35 for 2 nights.
