Youth hostel feel, noisy patrons and smelly rooms! Checking in you're asked to leave a €50 cash deposit which, once you leave the lobby you soon realise has a sense of irony about it! There's nothing worth trashing or stealing 🤣 The rooms smell musty and of bad drainage.

The staff are rude beyond belief, unhelpful and Barely answer your questions. The rooms were disgusting and not cleaned. When asked if they could clean it , they said maybe tomorrow. I then decided to leave and they wouldn’t issue a refund DO NOT BOOK HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Top: Gerenoveerde kamer en badkamer! Heerlijk bed! Ik verbleef 2 nachten, tussendoor netjes schoon gemaakt. Locatie is top, middenin de gezelligheid van de horeca. Tip: Telefoon op kamer plaatsen vie contact met receptie. Zorgen voor samenwerking met ontbijt aanbieders. Of verstrek informatie hierover. Daarnaast camera toezicht plaatsen in trappenhuis. Het voelde daar niet heel veilig met rondhangende jongeren. En kleine roomservice Of afname van wat fris, alcohol en kleine snacks zou een mooie aanvulling zijn. Verder heb ik vooraf gevraagd naar kosten van de dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage's wat de mogelijkheden waren en voor mogelijkheden van vervoer richting mijn opleiding locatie. Hierop heb ik geen reactie ontvangen

Hi, ik had dit hotel geboekt voor het helpen bij het Eurovisiesongfestival. Helaas kreeg ik 2 dagen na de annuleringsdatum te horen dat ik niet meer mocht komen. Annuleren kon echt niet meer: hotel policy. Ze wilde kosteloos overboeken. Meerdere keren contact over gehad, verschil moest ik nog wel betalen, daar kon ik nog wel inkomen. Nu is mijn laatste bevestiging via booking.com messages niet bij hun binnen gekomen. Nog de dag ervoor opnieuw bevestigd, wordt ik de nacht van mijn oorspronkelijke nachten, midden in de nacht gebeld en online het bericht: nu ben je te laat. Net nog gebeld: Hotel Policy. Alles Hotel Policy, uitzonderingen mogen niet: Hotel Policy. Alles in het Engels moeten doen, ben blij dat mijn engels goed genoeg is. Maar ik zou hier NOOIT opnieuw bellen, hotel policy gaat boven klantvriendelijkheid.…

Just opened hotel in the center of Rotterdam has bright spacious rooms . Room has flat screen TV, free of charge WiFi in the entire building. Walk in shower has screen protector. Hairdryer and toiletries are free of charge. Hotel is located in museums area, maritime museum is in approximately 350 meters away. Unfortunately during COVID-19 time it was closed.
