Having visited last year & having enjoyed it, we decided to stay again. And it didn’t disappoint us, just a good again.The staff are very friendly & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are well appointed & comfortable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Love the decor of this hotel. Whilst being a quieter area, but with plenty of bars & restaurants. It’s only a short walk to the main attractions.

Great Location, friendly staff, nice and modern rooms. Helpfull. Good value for the money. Unfortunately the room was not clean (hair and dust everywhere) and the coffeemachine was leaking water. Overall it was a nice stay and would have been perfect if the room was clean.

Property is worth value of money. Visited for 2 weeks on business trip, location is awesome and centrally located. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are bit small but confrontable.Breakfast options are limited for Vegetarian.

Lovely place, lovely staff, great location, fair price. Close to public transport, restaurants and center. Yummy breakfast with good variety of food and drinks. I would strongly recommend for both business and vacation.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 6 month old baby. The room was perfect and they had a cot bed set up ready for us when we got there. She slept very well in there, which was great for us. The heating in the room was very good, so it was nice and cosy for us. The bathroom was lovely, with a very spacious shower. The room also had a hairdryer, kettle and coffee machine, which was useful. The location was pretty good. It's a short walk from Markthal and has plenty of shops and restaurants around. We got there using the tram from Rotterdam central station, which was quick and easy to use. We did have a bit of an issue on the first night with some noisy guests next door playing loud music until 2am. We called reception and they dealt with it very quickly. We didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on how it is. We did find it a bit pricey at €17 per person. A couple of things I think they could improve - the cleaner didn't replace our dirty mugs and glasses, or fill up the tea bags, which would have been helpful.…

We decided to stay in Rotterdam so we could explore the local area and then head into Amsterdam for the day. It is a lovely city, not as busy but plenty to do and see. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The Savoy was clean, modern and the pillows - wow they were amazing!

recently stayed at the Savoy hotel with the family for 1 night. we used the P+R facilities of Kralingen+Zoom, which is ideal. The location of the hotel feels neighbourly but it is also extremely central. You can easily walk to all the major attractions (Euromast, Erasmusbrug, Spido etc). at check-in we were instantly made feel at home. We love to go back and explore the city in more depth. The Savoy would definitely be my home again. ps. the music LP's in the room were amazing - such a special touch.

This was a beautiful hotel. The lobby appearance and staff were very welcoming. The place is clean!!! The rooms are perfect and very quiet. We were able to walk to everything shops and restaurants. I chose this hotel based on location and I would definitely stay here again!

This was my first stay at The Savoy, I usually go for a budget hotel when visiting my son in Rotterdam but decided to upgrade now I’m travelling alone. The Savoy was excellent, not least the location which was just perfect, central for everything, the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices excellent and fresh, loved at weekends is served until midday, there is also room service if you require. I stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. This will definitely be my first choice Rotterdam hotel from now on.
