The hotel is in a great location, just tucked out of the way (25 mins walk from Central station & 15 mins to bars/shopping ect) The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The outside bar area was nice and relaxed overlooking the water. The room was clean and as advertised. The only minor problem we had was that the mattress toppers slid whilst we were sleeping, we only mentioned it on check out so staff knew and they apologised. We would happily book here again, lovely hotel x

We stayed in this hotel on 03/21/2023, we really liked that we didn't even want to leave, very unusual rooms , the feeling that you live on a ship. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast is just fine., there is everything you need. Thank you, we were very satisfied.I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.I hope to visit here again.

Called in on the off chance to just have a drink on a wet, cold, windy day! It was also an intriguing place, and we're so glad we visited. Hardly anyone around but guests did start arriving whilst we were there. The bar is downstairs and we had fab views of the canal/area. We had a couple of glasses of cava and a cheese toastie/sweet potato fries as a snack which was delicious. The guy serving in the restaurant was absolutely lovely - great customer service. Well worth a visit, and even more so when the weather is warm and you can sit outside.

My first stay is this n nice contemporary houseboat hotel, with a lovely view of the canal. All very clean, with a friendly staff, fast check-in, and a very good breakfast with many choices that was the perfect start of the day for me. Last but not least, strong and stable WIFI.

Second time I have stayed at the H2otel and this is because the first time was a really good experience, Nice friendly staff and a spacious clean room. Will definitely be staying here again. Only problem was the tea and coffee provision. I need a wake up drink in the morning and sometimes 1 cup is not enough. The room service on day two did not replenish the 1 cup. Otherwise very Good.

As usual, good stay, nice location, good breakfast... Allthough the WIFI could have been better/stronger. Depends on the room you have I guess. Stayed here multiple time. Always friendly staff. Will stay here again if I need to be in R'dam. 100%

A lovely stay, comfortable bar and snack bar area with a lovely view of the water. It was lovely to have the end room on the top desk - it was perfect for a solo travelling old lady with a camera and to the room 10/10 large pillows so lovely, with a good size bathroom. Staff very helpful and the location is excellent for walking and if you have a camera - it's a perfect spot for night photography. Good area for eating out and not too far to walk home. I'm planning my next visit.

Everything was excellent during our stay. Kindness and cordiality of the staff and the position in the centre of the town, you can walk everywhere, in 5 minutes walk you arrive at Blaack metro station.

Nice concept - staying on a boat. Very well situated in the centre of Rotterdam. Friendly and helpfull staff. The boat also has a a lovely terras and the interior is tastefully decorated. Very good breakfast (but you pay extra for it, it's not included). However the room I stayed in had a very small bathroom and I missed a hairdryer. Also there was no emergency evacuation plan. But in general I would certainly recommend it for an original stay.
