Stayed here for 2 nights in november with my wife, clean and good location. Small rooms and beds were very soft, nice staff. Breakfast was okay but dinning area was tiny like the rooms, overall not a bad place to stay for a short break

You can insure you get a balcony if you request streetside, a little noisy but worth it for the central location in the city.
