A beautiful hotel with fantastic large grounds located only a short distance from San Gimignano. The room was clean and comfortable with double-doors to the garden, it was quiet in the evenings. A great restaurant is located on site and the buffet breakfast was more than satisfactory.
We stayed with you in September at the end of our trip to Italy. we stayed for 2 nights. The front desk staff, was professional, outgoing and such wonderful friendly people. They went above and beyond to help us find a cab to get back to the train station. Once again thank you! the breakfast in the moring was delicious and so many choices. A perfect way to start our day! We had dinner in the restuarant both nights, the first night was Steak florentine, the meal was delicious, the waiter lacked any table side personality! The second night the waitress were engaging and delightful, but the food was tasteless and even the desserts lacked, even in presentation from the night before. We could tell a different chef lol. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are wonderful. Thanks for having us. …
Excellent hotel with great food and friendly staff. Close to all wineries and cities of interest including Florence, Siena, Lucca. Rooms were spacious. Washrooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant was great. Good choice of food and prepared to impress
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is magnificent, along with the ‘bruschetta bar’ poolside. Easy drive (~5 min) to San Gimignano. The perfect place to stay, would definitely recommend to couples, families, or anyone travelling through Tuscany.
Nice place to stay. Close to San Gimignano. Rooms were a bit dated. Shower stall for handicap person was absolutely no good. Water kept flowing on the floor making it slippery. Breakfast good but not nearly as good as what we received in Switzerland. Eggs were in a big pan not served individually. But for those who like it I guess that's OK. Property very well kept and the people running the facility were incredibly nice people. Have to drive 30+ minutes to really see Tuscany because this facility really is on the edge not in the center. Don't wanna make it seem that I don't like the facility. I do. But it had more of a motel like feeling than a hotel. I would go again because the cost was reasonable, about €140 per night. San Gimignano had a little in a way of accommodating a person with a walker. While it is free to get in, someone in this situation would not be able to navigate and see the facility for what it is. And it is beautiful. All in all it's a nice little facility to stay especially for the amount of money that it cost to stay there.…
Great hotel !! Amazing location .. the garden rooms are superb and quit .. quality of staff is super !!! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding !! 10 from 10 !! Break fast is also very good quality minimal but excellent .. we will be back ! Highly recommend !
We stayed for 3 very relaxing nights in this beautiful hotel. It is located in lovely Tuscan countryside. With a beautiful pool, with lots of sunbeds - there were always beds available. Table tennis and table football also available. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive into San Gimignano, which has several car parks outside the town walls. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to/from the town which is helpful and saves the drive. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, their English is excellent, they were able to make good restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Our sons loved the all day bruschetta bar. We ate in the restaurant one night which was fine, not excellent.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, a family of two parents and two sons (19 and 13). We got a two-room unit on the ground floor of the hotel. The rooms had an anterace hall that could be closed with an outside door, and turn the 2 rooms into our own private suite. Each room had its own air conditioner, mini bar, shower room and toilet, closet and safe. From each room there was an exit to the hotel lawn, and from there to the pool. The rooms are beautifully and modernly decorated and the stay in them was very enjoyable. The hotel also has a large private parking lot, at no extra charge. We ate 3 breakfasts at the hotel, all of them were excellent and varied and we enjoyed them very much. We ate one evening in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, and also one evening in the lounge next to the pool a meal of hamburgers and salads which was also excellent. The prices were very reasonable and really not expensive. Also, this lounge offers ice cream, coffee and desserts during daytime hours. The public areas of the hotel are stunning in their beauty with very large expanses of lawns and a pool immersed in lovely Tuscan greenery, in and outside the hotel. Above all this was the perfect service of the hotel staff, which is run by a family, and the family atmosphere is really felt in it. One of the hotels we enjoyed the most staying in ever, and we will definitely return to it in the future.…
This is a superb hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a newly refurbished bathroom. Pool is a must in Tuscany as so hot and this is lovely and clean with ample sun beds. Don’t bother eating anywhere else the restaurant is fantastic, feels like u are in a movie set. Staff very friendly and breakfast is great. Very clean. This was our second stay and we will be back.
We stayed here for 5 nights and we loved it! Amazing location with only 5 min drive to San Gimignano. There is a shuttle bus that goes into town several times per day, perfect! The rooms are very clean and pretty. Breakfast was incredible with all different kind of food. Their lunch was also good. We spent alot of time by the pool because it was so hot, and we loved it. The pool was nice and the sunbeds were comfortable. We had dinner 3 times at this place, and their food and wine is excellent. We enjoyed every minute of it! The staff is really good at speaking english and very friendly. There are cute cats walking around in the hotel that are being well taken care of. We loved to live amongst the tuscany vineyards and we absolutely recommend this place for everyone!
