Three friends visited Pisa for the first time. What a find this accommodation was a beautiful room with stunning view of the Leaning tower. We were provided excellent breakfast on a lovely outside terrace. Luca the owner was so helpful we cannot fault this stay.

Our first time in Pisa was absolutely perfect thanks to this lovely b&b. The location is amazing! From the train station (Pisa Centrale) it is a 20 minute walk (we don’t mind a walk) or 5 minute taxi journey. It is in the heart of Pisa and literally a 5 minute stroll to the Leaning Tower. There are so many restaurants on your doorstep to choose from! The staff were welcoming and helpful, letting us keep our luggage there on our final day after check out to explore a bit more. The breakfast on the terrace is magical with so much choice! We loved our time here! If you can, ask for Room 7, a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the Botanical Gardens.

A warm welcome greeted us from the host who honestly couldn't do enough for us during our two night stay. Courteous, friendly and extremely welcoming. A fountain of knowledge about the area, best places to go, directions etc. The room was very spacious and more than big enough for a family of 3. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a wonderful shower. Towels, shower gel etc all complimentary. The room was impeccably clean with daily housekeeping. The private terrace was beautiful with fantastic views of the Leaning Tower of Pisa to your left. A lovely place to sit once home of an evening. Absolutely beautiful. The building itself is situated perfectly with restaurants, shops & supermarkets all within a few minutes walk; and some practically on your door step. A beautiful place to walk around and take in the beauty that Pisa has to offer. Highly recommend!!

Loved it, What a beautiful little B & B, from the moment we checked in there was service. A bottle in the room, suddenly there was 2 glasses and a corkscrew. Did we want some coffee in the room ,yes, and there it was. The breakfast buffet was very good , with lots of thing to choose from and the terrace was an excellent place to eat it. The hole place was impeccable clean and new towels every second day. 5 minutes from the leaning towers and multiple cafe and restaurant. Stay there and you will love it.

Our first night in Pisa, we were so glad to choose here. Lucca the owner and his receptionist were so very welcoming, kind and helpful to us and wanted to make our stay a good one, which it certainly was. We had Santa Maria room which had a lovely terrace to sit and relax on, a spacious room with coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was plentiful and we were helped with our onward journey planning. Location great, close to sights, bars and restaurants but not too noisy. I would highly recommend this place. I wish we had come back here for our last night. .

Visited this place booked last minute due to other locations being in lock down. This place is brilliant. Nice located within 5 minutes walk of the tower and 10 minutes to the main shops. The premises is nice and clean and well presented. Spoke to Luca beforehand who only asked that we text him ahead to let him know what time we were arriving. Met by a very pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist who booked us in and proceeded to give us a map with recommendations of things to do which was very helpful. Also recommended a very nice restaurant I-Santi a few doors away which was brilliant and subject of a separate review. The room was large and had it’s own balcony with table chairs and other bits of furniture. The tower was viewable from the balcony photo attached. The added touch was the supplied breakfast the following morning which had a full continental choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again, well done to Luca and the team

So we had booked a hotel pre COVID 19 in Pisa only to find out a week before travelling (no thanks to hotel .com) the hotel had closed. Loved the location of 7 rooms and had seen the good reviews on trip adviser. so called Luca to check availability , he was a star we booked the family room with the terrace. He found us a space for the car just outside hotel, he was waiting for us on arrival and he Sorted out the parking ticket. Nothing is too much trouble. Always welcoming. We stopped 3 nights and the breakfast was well stocked of simple but good food. Strongly recommend this accommodation . Don’t be put off by b&b. Rooms cleaned daily, bed comfortable. . Very clean.

We stayed here last minute! The owner made us feel very welcome and gave us a lovely room with a view on the tower. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We could enjoy breakfast on the roof top, which was really nice!

What a great place to stay this is. A gem of a B&B situated in a perfect location. If I could give it 6 stars I would. They went out of their way to make it a perfect stay for our family, going above and beyond our expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. It is located as close to the major attractions such as the Tower of Pisa as you could be, but somehow is quiet. Breakfast was delicious, with very nice coffee and a generous buffet. Our multi-lingual hosts were kind and helped us out a lot, with great communications beforehand, a friendly and courteous welcome and plenty of assistance. They gave us some great tips such as excellent nearby restaurants to get dinner, and kindly booked our taxi to the airport. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Pisa and a room is available here, I'd certainly snap it up!

I staid only one night for a conference in Pisa. The location is perfect, just 3 min walk from the pisa tower and the main city center. The host was super kind and helpful. I got the keys very easily. I was staying in a massive bedroom super clean and comfortable. Mattress was super good and room very silent. The bathroom had a nice shower and all the essential for the stay. Breakfast was good with a fresh orange juicer. I could leave my luggage after check out and staff super kind. I would surely go back.
