The people who run this B&B was so lovley, their english was not so good but we managed to understand each other with the little italian/spanish (quite similiar words) I know. I would say that it actually made the visit even more special! My fiancé and I were the only guests that day so we had our own breakfast buffé served at our table, and it all was vegan as we requested! I didn't have high expectations at all but they really surpriced me. The only negative thing about this place is that it's not manned with staff all day. So when we arrived from the airport we had to wait about 30 min in the middle of the day (very hot with direct sunshine) before we were let inside the bulding. But over all a very cozy place! PS. We were not there in 2020, but 2018 was not an option in the review.

The B&B was very close to the airport as well as the train station. The room was clean, the breakfast fine, nothing to worry about except maybe the WiFi that was really poor, but all together just fine.

The owners don’t live here and you have to fix an arrival time. This for us turned into a 20 minute wait outside... The room is old as in not renovated for decades and is on a busy road. But, the price is ok, the center of town is very close (and the bnb is very close to the bars on the river which offer fantastic live music), the aircon does work, and breakfast was excellent. All in all, recommended on the basis of ‘you get what you pay for ‘.

This is such a cute B&B! It’s about a 10 min walk from the Pisa centrale train station. The neighborhood isn’t bad- but I love In San Francisco so a few seedy people don’t bother me. This place really is a gem- it’s like going to your grandmas house. Such a lovely room, super clean, and the owners don’t speak much English but are very accommodating and sweet. The breakfast spread was incredible! Only con is the bed- every movement my partner made I could feel on my side. About a 15 min walk to the shopping area and 20 min to the leaning tower. Highly recommend!

We stayed here on a one night family stop over from the UK, before travelling on to our villa. Location was excellent, a short taxi ride from the airport. Easy to walk into Pisa for food, drinks, shopping and the sites. Friendly and welcoming. Clean, air-conditioned rooms with free wi-fi. The kids had an attic bedroom that accessed from a staircase from the main bedroom. They loved it. Continental Breakfast included toast, croissants, cakes, biscuits, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and fruit juices. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed one night with a family of four in the family room at B&B Da Leo. It really was a surprise to us, it was really nice. The family room has a little attic for the kids which is great, even if our kids are teenagers they loved it. All four beds are comfortable and long enough for tall people. Location is great, a few minutes walk from the railway station and, as we left Pisa by plane, just a 20 minute walk (yes, walk) to the airport. There are some nice restaurants nearby and the walk to the leaning tower is 20 minutes through a nice area. Breakfast was great with lots of pastries, fresh Italian cappuccino, yoghurt, eggs and the lots. When we arrived, Leo welcomed us, he even speaks Dutch surprisingly well, having lived in Holland 50 years ago! Would definitively stay there again next time in Pisa.

This is a really nice B&B. My partner and I stayed for a few nights from the UK, and we highly recommend it. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. The breakfast is also very nice and Leo is very friendly. The B&B is also located very close to the main train station and airport in Pisa.

I would recommend B&B Leo to everybody. Besides the perfect location- nearby the station and the tower- the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly! The rooms were clean, WiFi connected perfectly, and there was airconditioning. The breakfast was well prepared and included everything- orange juice, fruit, pancackes and delicious cappuccinos. It was a pleasant stay and we definitely come back! Thanks a lot!!

This B&B holds three reasons why you should stay at: the owners are very helpful and always keen on a good conversation; secondly, the house is historical and nicely furnished and finally, it lies close to Pisa railway station. The weak point are the beds that are too soft for me. Good breakfast, fair prices.

I stayed in the da leo B&B with my aunt and sister. We had 2 rooms, one single (French bed - small double) very good size and one triple room (we had booked a twin but got upgraded to this one no extra charge). The triple room was massive, 3 single beds one in separate room with open archway to main room. Very nice and spacious bathroom with very powerful shower. Breakfast is included and very nice; fresh fruit salad, yogurt, toast, cakes, croissants, cereals (granola, corn flakes), fresh coffee/tea. The owner is very lovely and friendly but doesn't speak English, we managed to communicate well enough.
