We are only 80 meters away from Pisa Central railway station. Not only the railway station is close by, Corso Italia as well. Actually, Corso Italia is 100 meters away. In this street you will find retail shops and bars. We are located at third floor of an historic building with elevator. Der Bahnhof has been renovated recently. Double and family rooms are available for you. It's the ideal place for group of friends and family. Who want to spend some days in town for sightseeing of historic monuments of Pisa and the closest cities as Leghorn and Lucca.

We stayed here for two nights. The B&B is just across the main piazza from Pisa Centrale (look for the Web Room logo on the buzzer of the door to an apartment block, just past the NH hotel) and there is a lift for those with heavy luggage. The location is great if you need to be close to the train station. The Piazza dei Miracoli is around a 15 minute walk away. I primarily picked this B&B as we were arriving into Pisa quite late and I didn't want to have to walk too far with luggage. Roberto met us, showed us our room, and was always available to contact by text message if we needed anything, he even came back so we could collect our luggage before moving on. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the air conditioning cold, the wifi fast. A light breakfast of fruit, juice, pastries, yoghurt and coffee/tea is included. There is a fridge in the kitchen and each room has its own shelf to keep things cold. We would stay here again.…

I didn't like everything, from the location (in a gallery near the central station, a place where you get scared from every man that passes there) to the room (for example, the main door is broken and stay always opened and I killed a lot of bugs) and owner (I never seen and meet him). I never got the wifi password and breakfast. They gave us a few brioches from a discount. At check-in the woman who met us (not the owner) asked us a higher price (we didn't give her extra money). No receipt given (we asked for it). Please DON'T GO here. This B&B should not be in booking or in other places.

Where do i begin, i will start from arriving in Pisa central station at 11.30am, the B&B is very close about 3 mins walk, we could not find this B&B and asked 3 different lots people, the last person from the mini supermarket showed us the intercom panel of around 20 buttons and one of them was Der Bahnhof, ever so small writing with a phone number, we rung the intercom for 30 mins and there was no reply, so much for the 24 hours reception, then telephoned the number and a Italian lady picked up on the other end, did not speak any English only said 2 pm, i take that check in at 2 pm, at 2.05 pm a man in his 40's turned up proceed to take us across the road to another building, we when on the 10th floor of this building and showed us the room, it was clean enough but very basic, no mirror in the room, no WIFI, no TV, no wardrobe, the walls are so thin you could hear everything from the other guests, no wonder there is no TV. we stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once nor change of towels, the toilet was very small and stunk of drains. Be warned stay away from this B&B, we had a very small budget so we had to put up with this, ruined my stay in Pisa.…

Not even 1*. spent ages looking for the place as no signs apart from a ridicolusly small sign on the door bell. Finally got there only to be waiting outside for someone to let us in for an hour. When we finally got in our room wasnt ready. No tv as stated, Wi-Fi was awful. There was also no breakfast as promised. Honestly the worst nights sleep in my life. Could hear every bit of noise and every conversation from all the rooms, as well as having a very loud rattle outside the room which kept me up and you could hear shouting and screaming from the local residents. Rooms were stupidly hot! Also a plug socket was hanging dangerously out the wall. Awful place to stay. save your pennies and go to a better hotel.

At first; the signs are not clear marked; i had to ask some shopkeepers in the area. Second; an other guest was opening the door; the owner was not in while i arrived before incheck time ended. Third; the owner was talking to us, but as well constantly busy with his phone and stupid conversations about nothing. I do understand Italian quite well. fourth; he had to take a fotograph of my passport for identification, strange , really strange. Fifth; breakfast; there is a kitchen, we had to prepare some by ourselves. 6; the pics in the ad are def. not pics of the B&B. 7. there are several locations; all of the same hotel, don't be surprised to be located in another building. 8

We stayed here for one night and it was trully horrible. First the ownergave us some keys, but neither of them fit into the door to get into building and the hotel itself. When we was calling him he didnt answer for another hour. Second the bed was just discusting. We found two bed bugs before we went to sleep so we decided to sleep in our sleeping bags. Nevertheless we had strange bites on our feet. Last but not least the breakfast was really poor. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

I booked a room in this place on Booking.com. But when we arrived, they said they had no rooms for us. It was very awful! It’s very hard to find this B&B. The rooms were small and cold with thin walls and full of noisy people. One good thing was that we decided to leave this place without paying any fees.

We had booked it on booking.com and intimated him of our midnight arrival. He didn't answer the door bell. When we called he kept us on hold for like 15 mins and didn't even let us in. He said pay 60 Euros only then you can come in where as the cost on booking.com was 37 Euros. Save yourself the bitter experience. I think his place should be shut off for this sort of behaviour which multiple people have complained about here.

Shower box was broken, old shower and furniture. Small breakfast. Nice owner but high price for the small room. Very close to the station. Thin walls, could hear ppl outside my room in the corridor. Overpriced.

Agree with many of the reviews here - very odd experience. Difficulty checking in despite stating 2pm check in time - hosts did not speak English and did not seem to have record of our booking - led us into dodgy lift in different apartment block to b&b. Room was clean and location very close to station and walking distance to attractions. Very loud at night, wifi is mobile wifi and does not really work at all. He charges aircon 10 euros a night! Did not go to breakfast which was located in the kitchen of his mothers flat in a separate apartment block so unable to review that. Do not stay here - terrible value for money. This cost 50 euros a night (+ 10 aircon), by comparison Royal Victoria Hotel was 54 euros a night included air con and lovely buffet breakfast located on waterfront and much quieter at night.…
