Prompt meeting at arrival, excellent English speaking host. Also, espresso coffee machine was a bonus especially for early departure. Walking distance to the airport, railway station and city centre. Brilliant bathroom facilities and comfortable bed.

A bit of a shock when we saw our room, looks a little tired needing a little TLC. Bed was comfy room was warm and shower hot. Great location breakfast not really upto much if I'm honest and certainly not if you don't have a sweat tooth, nice coffee machine. That said , the location was perfect and we had a fab little break

4 of us were starting our Italian adventure with 2 nights in Pisa. I had booked the Biscuit B & B because of it's location being just a 15 minute walk from the airport, in one direction and the railway station, in another direction where we would be catching a train to Lucca. We were greeted by Rea who was very friendly and shown to our rooms which were clean and comfortable. There is not much of a view out of the window so we kept the shutters closed. Tea / coffee / water and biscuits are available at all times in the kitchen . Breakfast was simple but adequate. Pretty good value for money.

A nice B&B with a fantastic welcome. Everything you need for a short stay with a nice simple breakfast and nice big rooms. Bed was very comfy and we slept well. It right by train tracks but no noise to worry about. Aircon was handy as over 30 degrees each day. Just 10 minutes walk to the station which is ideal for day trip to Florence. Just 10 minutes walk from airport. We would recommend for a good value stay.

Received a lovely welcome from Rea on arrival last Thursday. Two rooms both spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast was in an adjoining room so as couples travelling together was really handy and was just for us. Rea came early in the morning and got all the breakfast bits ready for us..cereals, yoghurts, meats, cheese and help yourself to tea and coffee. A 15 minute walk into town, so not ideal for someone whos not very mobile but was fine for us. Supermarket round the corner and a lovely locals bar and pizzeria. Would definitely recommend this b and b, really good value for money and felt like our own place. Thank you Rea..

My wife and I arrived at Biscuit a few minutes after midnight. We knocked and called out, we telephoned, texted, and emailed. The doorbell was broken. There was no answer! We ended up having to find another hotel to stay at at 1.30am in the morning, not fun at that time of night, and also extremely expensive and scary at night in a foreign country. We called Biscuit the next day, and on subsequent days, but nobody answered the phone. We contacted booking.com, and found out that the hotel policy is arrival before midnight, otherwise it's considered a no-show, and non-refundable. Booking.com contacted Biscuit on our behalf, since they weren't answering our phone calls. That's when we learned about the arrival before midnight, and no-show policy. I'm sure Biscuit wasn't answering our calls since our name showed up on their call-display, because what business doesn't answer their telephone on multiple days? It's very unprofessional to not open the door when a customer arrives a few minutes after midnight. It's also very unprofessional to avoid speaking to clients that call your hotel. My advice is to show up well before midnight if you're going to stay at Biscuit, otherwise you'll have no hotel room, and will have to look elsewhere for another hotel in the middle of the night. Thank you Luigi and Jane NOT William

We arrived on a delayed flight at gone midnight but was still greeted in person with a smile and coffee & cake. we stayed 2 nights in 'love' room on our inward stay and 1 night in 'live' on our last night before flight home. Both rooms lovely, 'love' being the larger room. Lovely communual room and outside space. Great location, we ate 2 nights at the recommended Paradises Pizza, great food but you need to book, only 5 mins walk. 2 minutes walk to supermarket-Eurospin - sells lovely lemoncello for only 3 euros. 10 mins to station, 25 mins to Pisa tower. Walkable from airport though due to our flight times we got taxis, 12 euro. I would highly recommend this lovely place.

We used this small B & B as we arrived late at Pisa Airport, as previously mentioned the instructions are easy to follow and a walk of 15 minutes along quiet pavements. We were met by a cheerful English speaking lady, our room was clean and comfortable, all you need for a short stay. There were instructions to a pizza restaurant about a 5 miute walk which was good and very popular with the locals. There was also a nice secluded courtyard to sample the vino. The train station is another 15 minute walk in the other direction.

It nice b&b with excellent staff, price optimal, to center cca 30min on foot, around is low-price, very good and fast pizzeria (la paradisea) and shop (eurospin). Place at the railroad , but the noise are not big. Parking on the street no problem (end of-via Italo Posenti)

We stayed just one night at the Biscuit B&B As a stop off to look around Pisa on our way to Carrara. We had a delay so didn't arrive till after midnight, met by Jane who was so friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and we had a brilliant nights sleep after our journey. Continental Breakfast ready next morning with home made cake. Handy for Airport, Railway Station and walking into the centre for some tourism at the Tower and Duomo. Nothing too much and they kept our cases for us till we were ready for picking up our hire car. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again on a return to Pisa.
