I booked direct by email on 17 th October for 1 night and booking confirmed at 80euro. Arrived on the 30th October 4.30 and was greeted by an elderly gentleman stating that there were no rooms available. After mutch debate a room was found but the price was now 160 euros and take it or leave it. I eventually got him down to 100 euro. The hotel and rooms are lovely and clean with good decor and a fridge for your drink but no remote with the TV or breakfast in the morning. Fabulous location but customer service and honesty is a huge let down. Family members have been and raved about the place.
Very close to the centre of the old town,a small, quiet hotel. A 10-15 minute walk from the train station, which links direct to the sirport (only 5 Euros). It has a quiet charm- my bedroom celing had a beautiful fresco and the hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. I'd certainly stay again.
A lovely hotel; the art, the ambience, the courtyard makes it all so charming. The staff are very helpful, there provide you with a customized map of their recommendations. very quiet but also very near the Academy bridge
This is a great little hotel. Small friendly well run hotel. I arrived early and they let me check in early as my room was ready. Great location, good value for money, spacious rooms. I would definitely recommend it
Had to check out of this hotel having booked a four day stay. On arrival problems from the start. Room safe didn’t work and despite multiple requests it was not fixed. The air conditioner stopped working and could not be fixed. The hairdryer didn’t work and was dangerous as it smelt of burning. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould. Breakfast not very good. Lasted a day and found another hotel. Avoid this hotel.
Novecento is great located, a short walk from the Leaning Tower, still a very quiet area (no noise at night) and sorrounded by great restaurants. The staff was really, really friendly ( we met three different people at reception) booking a taxi for us a giving great tips around the area. The hotel was very clean, the rooms spacious and the beds really comfortable. Will repeat for sure next time in Pisa!!!
This little family run hotel was an honest 10 minute walk from the Leaning Tower, the Borgo Stretto & Corso Italia. It's clearly been a private residence and has a gorgeous back courtyard. The rooms ARE very small but spotless and pretty, all we needed. Our 1st floor (one up from ground) had a little balcony with French doors. There is a tiny lift which is great for those with too much luggage, like us!😆 They provide a lovely continental breakfast (fruit, bread, meat, cheese, pastries) for 6 Euros. The staff were lovely & helpful & we all managed our language gap alright!
Room was clean . A bit dark , and a smell of parazone was quite strong. One night was ok there but would not like to stay for longer. It’s location was good . Staff had little English but were pleasant.
My wife and I have stayed numerous times in this delightful, small hotel in the heart of Pisa, walking distance to both the central train station and to the Duomo and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the breakfasts are delicious, and served in a charming, bright room opening to a private garden. I cannot recommend this wonderful hotel highly enough. We love it.
Our room was nice and clean. everything we needed was there and good location for sightseeing and many restaurants and bars. The station wasn't far. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
