Such a great find, so close to the station, spotlessly clean, well-equipped rooms (fast wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge in room, huge tv) and lovely clean, modern bathroom. Michele, the host, was so friendly and helpful and very keen to help. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Michele who runs this small guest house is very friendly and helpful, keen to help with your travel and stay in Pisa. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, and the buffet breakfast was good. It is very close to the train station which is not the nicest area of town, but it is only 3 minutes from the end of the main shopping street. Recommended for a great value stay.

We stayed here one night on the 1st of January. We had the Tuscany room. Using the double room and kitchenette with bunk beds. The rooms were all clean and well fitted out. We were greeted by Michele and he gave us plenty of information about where to go and places of interest that we wanted to go to. We enjoyed the accommodation and breakfast was sufficient. The accommodation is near the train station and was not a difficult walk to the tower of Pisa. The only thing that did worry us a bit was that we had our car with us and we parked on the street and we saw on many occasions our car being looked into by groups of young men. We had removed absolutely everything from the car and left nothing at all in the car making it not worth breaking into. I would return. Loved the bathroom. …

Michele goes out of his way to make you as comfortable as possible. He helps with itinerary suggestions with expert knowledge of surrounding areas as well as outside Pisa. He won't steer you wrong. Room was very clean and well put together. Pictures don't do it justice. Altogether exceptional experience from Breakfast meal to our room. Staying here made our travels easy. Can't say enough positive about it. A must stay!!

We had an overnight stop in Pisa before driving to a villa near Montespertoli for a week. We had three rooms for 6 adults, accommodation was excellent. Great location. Michele went out of his way to tell us about Pisa and to show us on maps where to visit. As a result we saw far more of the city than we would have otherwise. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here 3 times, each time sadly only for one night as we have arrived late on Flight from UK, and needed to get to Florence the next day. Each time Michele has picked us up at the airport and transported us back to his spotless oasis. We have spent comfortable nights in 3 different rooms , all of which are uniquely decorated and complimented by Micheke's amazing photography. Breakfast is good, Michele is very knowledgeable, and you are very well located for the station. One day we will return for longer with the family!

The close situation to the airport and the centre ocf town was great. Perfect room for a family of five and as a bonus a terrace just outside. Nice breakfast and a devoted owner that is a great guide to not only the region but to all of Italy. We had a nice four night stay and we recomend it to other familys.

I challenge you to find a better value for money room in Pisa Michele warmly welcomed us to his guest house. He guided us through where we needed to go to get the best from our short stay which was to begin our honeymoon tour of Italy. Michele is very informative and passionate about Tuscany, evident from his knowledge and his photography which is in every room. Our room, well we couldn't ask for anything more. Bed was comfortable. The room was fully and I mean fully equipped with everything we needed. Tv, wifi, laptop, kitchenette. The apartment was so clean, modern and incredible for the price. It could teach a few larger establishments a thing or two. Pisa being Pisa will mean that your stay will be probably one or two nights at the most. Take Micheles advice and check out Siena and San Gimignano. The latter we saw from a distance and didn't quite make it there but it looked incredible and intend to check it out one day.
