The Hotel Milano is placed at 1,5 km far from the airport, 80 metres far from the central station and 150 metres from the historical centre (Corso Italia). From the airport you can take the taxi, the train or the bus towards the central station. When you have the station at your back you must take the first street on your left (via P. Mascagni, 14).
We had difficulty getting into the hotel which I would only rate as a hostel. The phone number in the front door was disconnected The area is dark and dangerous and we did not feel safe at night in the hotel. We left a night early however the hotel did refund the third night

The room is nothing like on the pictures. Our room was facing to the street without curtains, people were looking at us from the street as we were on the bed. The wall was moldy even the smell of the room is like mold. Bedsheet, duvet was dirty, stains on it. It was impossible to reach the reception or get any refund on the room which we left after 1 hour we checked in

Hotel Milano is primarily a stopover for travellers. Pisa Airport . In this it is extremely convenient being literally metres from Pisa Centrale train station which is also the terminus for the Pisamover shuttle service direct to/from the airport itself regular and 5 euros each way ( be sure to have a clean 5 euro note ready for the automatic ticket machine - just feed it into the slot ) Rooms are clean and comfortable with bathrooms ensuite . Hotel has no catering but there are plentiful restaurants nearby and in the surrounding streets . Finally cost is modest !

This hotel is 2 minutes walk from the train station. We booked it while at the train station and one quick phone call later we were up and in our room. The room is spotless. The bathroom is spotless. Bed is very comfortable. Buses to Pisa Tower are at the station. Assam, the guy at reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and helpful. There is a little noise from the street but we've got a balcony which is absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel. Basic but lovely and clean. Wardrobe. Table, lovely bathroom and in a good location as buses are readily available. If I come back to Pisa I will stay here again. Really friendly boutique hotel

I have been writing for Trip Advisor for over 12 years and I felt it was time to counter some of the nonsense that I see on this website. We stayed in room #2, ground floor and this is what we thought. Pros: Friendly customer service, clean room and updated bathroom. Bed is firm, which worked for us. Close to the train station which is perfect for us. They held our luggage for us as we walked around town before our train left. Cons: weak WiFi and weak AC. No elevator for rooms 3-10. Other comments: Italy has immigrants and some of them live near or hang around near the train station. I have see comments on here that this means the area around the hotel is seedy. This is false. Maintain common security measures as you would always when traveling. That is all. The front desk people spoke English when I was there and I interacted with 2 people. Someone complained about the room being cold. Italy gets cold. They don’t all have heaters and some people use their AC as a heater. Overall, I would stay again for what this hotel offered: close to the train station, clean, and friendly service. If I was staying for more than 2 nights, then perhaps I would look elsewhere, but for what this offers at the price...it was worth it. …

No aircondition, no wi-fi. Room was fairly cleen, reception closed at 22:00, oldschool type of locks on the door a bit of a struggle to lock it. Pretty close to the trainstation. If i come to Pisa again, i will pick another hotel.

As tripadvisor is to let the ppl know the reality,I have to say do not book this hotel if you would like to enjoy your stay and have a good sleep. Loud dirty and uncomfortable, reception absolutely helpless, room is COLD!!!!!! They do not speak English which is a total madness in 2019. Never ever!!!!

First of all! Pictures do not reflect the reality, so when u arrive don't be surprised. Then, after 23pm no reception! So anything goes on, fire or anything, you have to go down to reception and call them from there. They are rude to ppl af, nothing is quality, ppl shouting every single day until 5AM, so no chance to sleep in that dirty bed. Near to this hotel you can find many others! All of them is better, and for less money. Overall, never ever and I do not advise to nobody. If you as for refund, they will laugh at you! We did call police, they asked as to fill up a report, so that way they can manage to pay you back your wasted money! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, IS NOT A HOTEL, IS A S***HOLE!
