Loved this place! The hotel is so cozy and homely. The staff were amazing, especially Jana who went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. The location is unreal, every time we went outside we could see and walk past the tower. This place was the icing on the cake for our lovely weekend in Pisa, if you’re looking for a hotel for your stay then look no further!
Great location just a few minutes walk from leaning tower. Staff lovely. Great air conditioning. Good value restaurants close by. Easy walk to everywhere, we also walked to the airport! BUT rooms not clean - hairs in shower, on towel, on floor.
Great location, very comfortable and clean room. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Hotel Pisa Tower 🌹😊 for price , location, customer service and beautiful garden ❤️Right across the road from Leaning Tower of Pisa , restaurants all easy walking.
Perfectly located to the miracle square (leaning tower of Pisa). Clean and tidy room with facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast not included but a lovely cafe opposite. Bus stop to Lucca directly by the hotel. Lots of restaurants within a short walk.
What a great welcome and attention from Mickaela and Isabella. Service with a smile and a laugh greets tired travellers. Accommodation is great value for such a central location, 40 metres from tower. Cannot recommend enough.
The main selling point of the hotel is its location right outside the entrance to the Pisa Tower square. It literally couldn’t be any closer. Check in was very quick and easy, with helpful staff available until relatively late at night. The family room in the main building was a very good size with plenty of space for 4. An ideal place for a brief over night stop before moving on
Excellent experience, we arrived late to our family room which is in a different area to the main hotel. It’s a few mins walk to the tower in an excellent location. As our flight was delayed we arrived before midnight a friendly member of staff met us outside. Our room was clean, spacious, had blackout shutters and excellent air con. The hotel kept our bags the next day and sorted a taxi for us. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The hotel is literally on the doorstep of the leaning tower of Pisa! We stayed for two nights and our room was Room 10 -Roma It was such a lovely room, very clean and we had a cute little veranda. The shower was a bit small but it was fine for us. The bed was a 4 poster bed, drapes could do with a clean but it was a comfy bed. The staff where so lovely, very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
We stayed here for two nights as a couple. We checked in straight away even though it was early which was great, we were taken up a lot of stairs to the very top floor which to our surpise was a suite (we had been staying in hostels so I don’t know why we got given this suite). It was a huge room, two aircons that worked and a shower that at first sight looked awesome. It was mainly clean however it didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned at all which was worrying. When we got back and properly unpacked our stuff that evening, we took a shower, which did not work properly, granted we didn’t ask staff to help as it was late and enough water came out to shower so we just let it be but it was a sad shower which as stated was a little unclean. Hard to show in the photo but the water just ran down the shower head. On another note the door for the room was at the bottom of some very dark stairs and there was no extra door on the bedroom, it may seem silly but it was a little scary to have all that open dark space. Anyway..not to the hotels fault, my partner opened the window to get rid of a spider, and immediately a lizard came in… cute one, but still a lizard, we tried to catch it with the help of the receptionist but it was too quick and went into the wall. Not their fault at all, it’s Tuscany after all but we didn’t want to sleep with a loose lizard so they gave us a different room immediately without us even asking! The lady was so kind and so helpful, I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair and was very nice! Our new room was by the front door at the bottom, smaller but we didn’t care, it was cleaner and the shower worked. The rest of the stay was fine, no breakfast which is a shame. Only other issue is there were maybe 15 mosquitos in our room, not happened in any other hotel, not sure why this one specifically. Location however was amazing!! Right at the square of miracles, literally a 15 second walk. Also right by the bus stop to the station too so great location!…
Best location in the whole of Pisa (assuming you’re coming for the tower!) Quaint 1920s ambiance and the most polite and helpful of staff (helped us so much when our plans changed due to a cancelled flight). If you want ‘old fashioned’ charm and a simple but elegant room-this is the place.
