We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Pisa. The pros are that it is literally a minute walk from the Leaning tower of Pisa. We arrived at the property at 12pm but unfortunately could only check in at 2pm. The receptionist however was kind and helpful and allowed us to store our bags in the luggage room whilst we went to grab lunch. Check in was smooth and we had the pay €5 euro city tax (although it said €1.50 each on the wall 🤔) which we weren’t aware of but not a problem. As we went into our room on the 1st floor, we were pleasantly surprised with a nice room. There was a fridge, hairdryer, an extra pillow, a coffee machine as well as Netflix on the TV which is something we haven’t had in previous hotels. The negative about the hotel was that you could hear a lot of noise. The main noise especially whilst sleeping was a weird pipe noise, as if someone was flushing the toilet and it was making a noise after but this was every 5-10 minutes which wouldn’t go away. This affected mine and my partners sleep as it was constant throughout the night. The heated rail stayed on in the bathroom which made the room quite hot and then when I turned the air con on for 10 mins, it then wouldn’t turn off. Eventually it did. Added to this there was a mosquito in the room which didn’t help. This may seem like a negative review but other than this it was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. They give you a 10% discount to go and have breakfast across the road at a cafe called “Po’stò” due to them not serving breakfast. McDonald’s right across the road, small market stalls with souvenirs right in front and a supermarket within a 4 minute walk. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport and the taxi stand is right outside the hotel which is very convenient. This was £14.20 for our trip. If you are looking for a convenient stay local to the leaning tower of Pisa this is a great hotel. Just a shame about the noise over night (which I hope was just an issue needing by to be temporarily resolved). For a 3* star hotel the room is nice and would have been a pleasant stay if there was no noise. Thank you for your service throughout our stay.

This delightful hotel is situated just steps from the Leaning Tower (40 seconds walk apparently). It’s so easy to enjoy the area at night or during day time hours. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. Loads of options to dine and to explore. We would certainly stay here again.

A lovely little hotel within touching distance of the leaning tower! We received a fantastic welcome from Isabella. She had contacted proactively via WhatsApp before we arrived and arranged for the room to be ready early. In addition she arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we left at 7:15 and it all worked about well. We were in the separate family room accommodation which was around 300 meters away from main hotel. This was fine for us as we were only there for one night. It only took 5 mins to walk to leaning tower. The walk from the train station took around 25 mins, but this was easily doable even with two kids in tow. In summary a fantastic location.

Stopped here for 1 night, we had 2 double rooms (2 adults and 2 teens). Can’t beat the location of the hotel, literally minutes walk to the Leaning Tower and it was good value for money. Staff were friendly on the limited interactions we had and organised a shuttle bus to the airport next morning. The rooms were clean and beds fairly comfortable but had an awful smell in both. Couldn’t have the windows open as we were on ground level which leads out onto the market and there are quite a few mosquitos. Aircon wasn’t great so the rooms got hot in the night. Bathrooms are very basic and in the teens room needed some TLC. No cups in the bathroom or drinks facilities in the room, there was a vending machine which charges €1.50 for a bottle of water and €1 for hot drinks. Street cleaners were out at 5am which was quite loud (machine going up and down outside the hotel). Hotel was fine for 1 night but glad we weren’t there for longer

Clean with good staff. We stayed in the quad room that was in a separate building. This building is in an apartment block a few minutes walk away. Not a problem even with luggage. There are a number of small eateries in the immediate area and the location is hard to beat for the tower as the hotel is next to the wall entrance archway. A permanent market is close by with plenty of cheap souvenirs.

The location is perfect, just off the entrance gate to Piazza dei Miracoli. The room has not much to talk about but clean, along with the shower room. The great thing about this small hotel is the service by the front desk. They are very kind and helped us a lot about the transportation from Pisa to San Gimignano searching around every possible option. Price is not bad too, considering the ideal location.

Superb location and excellent staff. A lack of a communal are or lounge/bar is the only negative. A vending machine isn't enough of a service in a hotel. The staff on reception are very professional and knowledgeable.

Beds are full metal frames and squeak so loudly at the smallest movement that a good nights sleep is impossible. Cleaning staff are so loud from 8am, scraping furniture across hardwood floor to clean. When asked to be quiet they are very rude and then make more noise. Reception staff are friendly and have good recommendations for restaurants.

Loved this place! The hotel is so cozy and homely. The staff were amazing, especially Jana who went way above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. The location is unreal, every time we went outside we could see and walk past the tower. This place was the icing on the cake for our lovely weekend in Pisa, if you’re looking for a hotel for your stay then look no further!

Great location just a few minutes walk from leaning tower. Staff lovely. Great air conditioning. Good value restaurants close by. Easy walk to everywhere, we also walked to the airport! BUT rooms not clean - hairs in shower, on towel, on floor.
