Wow what a great little find. My other half booked as was a present for my birthday. The b&b is up a quiet side street and is just lovely. We were in the room with the ensuite it was spacious with the lovely added bonus of a balcony with views over the garden and beyond of some lovely older buildings. The host was amazing she gave us advice on places to see. Where to get trains etc. We went to Luca for the day on her recomendation, simple little train journey and was such a lovely place to visit. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Good location and very personal service. Simple breakfast with nice coffee and typical sweet options. Giulia is very sweet and gives great advice on where to go. City Centre and famous Tower are on walking distance.

Situated in a quiet side street not far from the Tower & Cathedral, within walking distance from the town centre. Excellent connection by fast bus with the airport (16 min) and the railway station (10 min). Rooms basic but satisfactory, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Friendly and really the most helpful service creates that cosy and homely atmosphere. Nice place to stay and return.

Upon arriving in Italy from our long travel from the U.S. (with a layover in London), jet-lagged , we had a one-course dinner in a restaurant about a half mile walk from our B&B. We taxied back to the B&B in the rain, ready to fall into bed, when we discovered that one of us managed to forget the cell phone in the restaurant. In a panic, we summoned our host, who called and told us it had been found. A half hour later, she rode there on her scooter to retrieve it for us. We highly recommend this place for generosity and service! Having a free place to park the rental vehicle was a bonus too; and it was an easy walk from the B&B to the main Pisa sites. Our room was cozy and comfortable enough though neither it nor the light breakfast was especially memorable. But for our first night, it was certainly adequate & the price was great. We'd book it again.

눇The location is great - close to the bus stop to town and airport and within 10 minutes gentle walking distance to the Tower etc. but in a lovely, peaceful side street surrounded by trees. Giulia, the owner, is charming and helpful - always in the kitchen at 8am prompt with a supply of bread, jam and individually wrapped pastries; and she made sure that everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. The shared bathroom was immaculate. I really enjoyed my stay in my cosy single room and look forward to returning when I next visit Pisa. However, this room lacked a mirror despite my advance request. It was really inconvenient having to leave the room and use the bathroom one and positively annoying when it was occupied. The kitchen too lacked a kettle and as the hot water from the coffee machine was NOT boiling I never managed to make a decent cup of tea.

The previous revues have it right: the location is ideal for a pleasant walk to the Tower; easy parking on site. Clean and large bed rooms with wifi. Note the shared bathroom and apparently the availability of an ensuite room. The star of the show is Giulia who provides such a great welcome to this family home.

The B&B has a very friendly staff. You will feel very welcome when you arrive. Rooms and bathroom are clean and simple! From the B&B you have easy access to the city centre and the tower. The breakfast is simple but satisfying with coffee, toast and marmalade!

I just loved Giulia's attitude towards guests. She really made me feel so welcome. Not too pushy and not fake. She lives there with her own family. And speaks great English. House is not the most modern, but has everything and it's perfectly clean. And has mosquito nets! Great! Water, juice, yogurt is always offered. Wifi worked great. Single room is really big and comfortable. Very close to everything. Buses from the airport and train station have stops nearby. Perfect for a single traveller!

Just 10 minutes walk far from Pisa centre. We had a room with a bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable especially the bathroom! We were there for one night stay and the lady who owns the property was extremely kind and ready to help us every time. We recommend it for sure.

firstly lets acknowledge what a great location this is - a few minutes walk from all the major places in Pisa and a short walk to the station ( a little longer to the airport, but still achievable, with plenty of cafes en route). despite being so close to everything, the location at the bottom of a private side street ensures a quiet and restful night - woken to the sound of bird song. Giulia is a wonderful host too. being a Pisa local she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her home town, but also very welcoming ensuring visitors from all countries will find a warm welcome. the room was clean and of a good size. The Tv is an added an unexpected bonus and the shared bathroom is clean and works great - plus there was the nicest smelling hand soap !! The bathroom can get a little busy at times, but its worth a bit of patience as the benefits outweigh any inconvenience.
