Run down hotel with cramped rooms. Extremely bad reception service. It is very disturbing that it is rated 5 stars. One is enough and overstates the place Location is good but does not make up for the short fall

It’s a little tired, but the location is excellent, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms, though old, are adequate. It has its charms. For overnight it was fine. It is a very old building, which accounts for the charm/tiredness appearance.
The hotel was not easy to get to in the car, we paid to park in the hotels private car park which was very disappointing with a lot of foul smelling poo everywhere, dark and mess everywhere, no lighting. We had to keep retrieving a key to lock and unlock the gates, the fees…

"308 has inconvenient beam in bathroom. Lifts are excellent."
"so many guests complained I dont think there are any"
"one of the back bedrooms facing the garden would be nice in summer otherwise they are all pretty much the same."
"Due to location on a small road I am not sure that location of room is an issue"
"The Classic is very Small"
