Overall the hotel is excellent! Super friendly and helpful staff that speak perfect English and are very happy to advise on places to see etc. Free minibus to/ from the airport was an unexpected surprise too. The decor of the hotel is amazing and is situated in a great location. 2 mins to main shopping street. 15 min walk to leaning tower. The only reason for my four star review is at breakfast they're packing away by 10:30 and cleaning the coffee machine even though breakfast is supposed to finish at 11. Also, on checkout day we were supposed to leave at 11. I was only running a few mins late so I jumped in the shower. Half way through the shower the water was cut off to all bathroom amenities!! I've never heard of this before and it could well have been a coincidence that is was checkout time! Don't let this put you off though. Amazing hotel, staff and breakfast. …

Absolutely no complaints about his hotel. In particular we chose it to be walking distance from Pisa Centrale Station and it was a straight forward, flat 10 minute walk. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and spoke superb English. They have bag storage and a toilet for if you check in early. Our room had a huge bathroom, large shower cubicle, decent towels, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, shower cap and cotton wool. The bed was king sized, comfortable and the room as a whole was clean and in good condition if a bit dated in style. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is that our room had frosted windows which I didn't really like being unable to see out of. I understand why, it looked over a service yard but I personally would have preferred to see out. Breakfast was very good. Staff were on top of replenishing things and clearing tables efficiently. All the food was lovely and it was a superb selection. The wonky tower complex is walkable from the hotel if you have no mobility limitations and takes about 15 mins. Pisa old town is close by to the hotel as is the river. For a delicious bowl of pasta or gnocchi, without the requirement for multiple courses I recommend Ir Tegame Spaghetteria…

This place is about a 10min walk to the train station and a 15min walk to the Leaning Tower, so it is perfect if you are using Pisa as a base to see the surrounding area. Everything was ok here, not real complaints. The only thing I can think of is the WIFI was a little poor.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and had selected it as our base to travel around the area. We got the hotel to pick us up from airport and left the luggage there as we arrived early. Walked to Pisa tower which was less than 30 minutes away. Room we booked was quite big and actually had two rooms. It was clean and well maintained. Internet was also good. Beds were ok. Breakfast was ok with lots of pastries. Dinner at the restaurant was not great and so we checked on nearby restaurants. There were many within walking distance. Train station was again walkable. Staff were friendly too. Overall a great comfortable stay

A very nice small hotel in a good location in the center of Pisa. The staff are very good and make you feel welcome in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and there are good amenities you can take advantage of such as a minibar, safe deposit box and toiletries. The breakfast is also good and feels varied. However, ordering breakfast did not work for us when we were checking out of the hotel. Our breakfast box was not ready and the one we got with us took some time to prepare and was also really lousy compared to the usual breakfast. Otherwise, this is a hotel we can recommend. Close to all attractions and to the train station.

We were collected from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus which was a nice free service. We stayed 2 nights in a comfortable clean room with everything we needed including free slippers. Location is very good, 7 mins from the airport, 15 mins walk to the tower, short walk to the train station and trains much cheaper and more reliable than in the UK. Visited Via Reggio on the coast and Lucca - highly recommend both places. Loved Pisa especially. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast really good and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, friendly staff and nice room. Very easy to walk to from the train station and a pleasant walk to the tower. Nice pizzeria just round the corner. Good breakfast, with lots of choice. Perfect hotel for a short break to Pisa.

Very friendly staff. Free and fast transfer to the airport if you book trough hotel web page. Great room. Super breakfast with staff happy to make very good coffee if you ask. Located in a silent yet central street.

We stayed at the Bologna Hotel Pisa for several nights. The room was very comfortable, and we even had a balcony that overlooked the back of the hotel. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and good. The location was walkable from the train station, and we were able to walk to all of the main attractions in town. They even have a shuttle, and we were able to ride to the train station with our luggage for a small fee. Thank you to the Bologna Hotel for making our stay in Pisa so nice!

Nice clean hotel in a great location for the tower, station, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was varied and good. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable but shower was very small. Fresh sheets and towels daily. I would stay at this hotel again
