This hotel has the best location in Pisa. It is on the tourist street that leads to the leaning tower and the duomo. You can see the tower from your room. We had a nice room, but the hall areas are very dated. Our room overlooked...More
We choose it because of the location, and the reviews. But only location was good, everything else was a mistake. Dirty little room, with blankets and sheets on the bed (it was November), terrible bathroom with broken lamp, stuck/broken very veeeery old toilette, and a...More
We stayed in a family room for two nights during the half term break and found the hotel to be adequate for a short stay. The best point about the hotel is the location, it is a couple of minutes walk from the Tower and...More

Yes, there is a lift. If I remember, there are five floors altogether. breakfast was vast--catering to both Italian, German, British, and U.S. preferences. The surrounding streets are mostly pedestrian-only zones, so there is no road noise. It would depend on what guests were partying. Even with a "do" on the terrace restaurant, there would be not much noise pollution, if any. You could probably arrange for a late check out, but would have to leave your luggage downstairs in an area of the lobby. The desk staff would call a cab for you, by the way, since there is no car traffic on the street in front of the hotel.
