Nice apartment with a great location. Situated on the fourth floor of a corner block. From breakfast room you get lovely views of the Arno and the lungarni, Spina church with the mountain ranges in the background and in glorious morning sunshine, it is extremely refreshing. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Rooms are cosy, brekkie room is warm and welcoming. Bathrooms are clean. Many positives. Few negatives to mention, eg they could do with being more attentive towards replenishing the supplies for breakfast (no coffee pods left second morning, bread seemed to be few days old, fruits were going off) as well as toiletries (inadequate shower gel) etc. Having said that, many of these issues could be one offs so I will give that benefit of doubt to them Room and bed was comfortable and views from Brekkie room were stunning so on that account I will recommend it.

Just home from a lovely trip in Pisa, I was traveling alone with my young daughter and was arriving in the dark so I asked for clear instructions to walk (only 10 mins from station) however it was so difficult to find and not signposted. I phoned the number on our booking confirmation and it was a wrong number! To say I wasn't amused was an understatement. After we finally found it there was a small 15cm brass plaque with the name on tucked around a corner! Anyway, the room was beautiful with a great view 4th floor, Very clean and shabby chic style. We dropped our stuff went for a little explore and when we arrived back we realised the heating was broke it was -2 and 22.00 I phoned the help number and a guy came and fixed it within 20 mins. Breakfast is self-service and on our first day there was hardly nothing. No teabags, no bread. I wasn't happy, I left a note and it was all replenished the next day. Another grumble was no soap or towels in the bathroom and only 1/2 a toilet roll for a 2 night stay. On the last morning I couldn't get the hot water to work, I phoned all 3 help numbers and no one answered so couldn't get a shower it wasn't a huge problem but quite annoying. I probably wouldn't stay here again which is a shame as it could be lovely. Oh and just 1 last thing it's cash payment only!

This is a fantastic B&B and both the owner and her staff are friendly and helpful. It is well situated with views over the river and an easy route to the sights, the main downtown area and both train station and airport. They are more than willing to help make your stay special and will organise airport transfers for you if you need it. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the difficulty finding the place. Trip Advisor has a previous address so we went to the wrong street to start with. We found the right address on booking.com but couldn't see the place. Eventually we spotted a tiny brass plate next to a large wooden door to an apartment block. We will be going there again.

I will say that the room is comfortable and the location is fine. The staff are friendly enough, I guess. However, they make everything too complicated. First of all there is NO SIGN. Really? A lot of fun in the dark with luggage trying to find a place with no sign. The breakfast is across the street and it is just a roll and coffee. Check out is at 10am. Are you kidding me? If you want to check-IN after 8pm, you have to email and arrange that, and they charge you 10 euros extra. Further, for some reason I could not use my credit card to pay for that. That had to be paid in cash, along with the city tax which I also don't recall seeing when I booked the room. I booked a triple room for 65 euros but when I arrived they charged me 15 euros extra because there were two of us. Why would a single person book a triple room? 15 euros for another person..excessive, and just complicated. Just have a rate based on the room. Really just annoying from start to finish.

Can´t say a single bad thing about this place. Situated between the city centre and the railway station, this is a perfect base for exporing the whole city and it´s surroundings. Very clean, comfortable, big kitchen, wonderful views from the 4th floor. Go for it.

Me and my mum stayed here a couple of weeks ago for a couple of days and we had a lovely wee stay. The B & B is right on the river overlooking downstream and is also quite central with only a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower and 10 minutes to the train station. We got a taxi here but if we walked it would of been easy to get there. We literally got out and Amy our host was crossing the street to greet us. She had been waiting in a cafe across the road to meet us. We were shown around the flat and room and told everything we needed to know such as where to go and recommendations for restaurants. The room was lovely and the whole flat was decorated beautifully with a shabby chic decor. The place always smelt lovely of lavender which was an added bonus. The room was spacious, with comfy big bed, tv, aircon and water. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower and everything was clean, Breakfast was served in the kitchen down the hall and was nice. Choice of pastry, cereal, toast and tea or coffee. We had a lovely stay here and our host was nice. Would stay here again if passing through Pisa again.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Pisa. Located a short easy walk from the train station, it is in a nice quiet location. The walk to the main attractions can be by a variety of different and interesting routes - taking around 20-25 minutes to the Leaning Tower itself. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of variety. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Location is good! It's like 5-10 mins walking distance from the station, we used google map from our cellphone since there are no signs where the B&B is.. We've reached the piazza dei Miracoli in 20 mins.. We used the google map once again since it's much easier! The city is small, it's best to explore just walking around the city... During check-in, we've received an email before our arrival asking the time of our check in so that we could meet the staff once we arrived. B&B gives you that homey feeling once you arrived. We even met the owner.. She says that she has another B&B at Pisa.. Our room looks like the same at the picture, it could fit perfectly the three of us. We have our own bathroom which is clean same with the towels provided (white/soft and clean! Unlike the other hotels where in you couldnt tell what it's real color before! Haha!) Bed is comfy, i just had some problem with my pillow coz it's too hard for me... Breakfast is good (the italian way)... Dont expect eggs or something.. They have homemade cakes and jams, hams and bread.. The staff will give you your own set of keys so that you could come and go anytime of the day at your convenience...

We stayed here in June of 2014 on a trip to Italy. We were in Tuscany, and wanted to attend the San Ranieri/Luminaria festival/fireworks in Pisa, but did not want to drive back that night. This was the perfect place for us. It was close enough to walk to the festival, and to the train station to get us back to our Tuscany villa the next day. The rooms were normal size but comfortable, and they had rooms with three beds which worked for us as we were a group who just wanted a place to sleep for the night. They had a continental breakfast with pastries which was nice. I have read some reviews before about check in being from 11-2:30 and the renters got there at 1:30 but no one was there. I recall when I reserved the room there were clear instructions that they were not always on site, and you had to let them know when you were going to be there so they could meet you. We did just that, and they arrived at the scheduled time to let us in. The guy who met us (I cannot remember his name, a younger gentleman) was very personable and gave us recommendations on a place to eat. All in all I enjoyed it - oh and the fireworks were spectacular!! Attend the festival if you can!

We had a bad start as room not ready on arrival at 11.00. This was due to previous family late leaving as their check out could be up to 10.30 so it doesn't leave much time in between if guests late and for the cleaning of the room. I think it would run better if they made check out at 10.00 or check in at 11.30. The owner was very apologetic and did her best to get things ready as fast as possible. She was very friendly and helpful. We had a family room and it was beautiful, comfy and clean. Breakfast was a help yourself with cereal, toast and lots of very nice cakes. Taxi to and from the airport can be arranged for €10 and the station is also 5 minutes walk away. It is in a good location for the shops and restaurants but if you walk down the main shopping street you eventually end up at the leaning tower which is a strange and magnificent sight. Be aware if you book the hotel that it is hard to notice from the outside as there is no big sign, it is within a larger building. You need to find the name on the buzzer list outside and then buzz for entry.
