A wonderful B&B made even better by the people. 3 of us stayed for 2 nights in the Michelangelo room. The room was nice with a big bathroom and a balcony. There was a kettle, tv and hairdryer. In the morning we were awoken by the smell of freshly baked cakes. As we came down over the stairs the sight was a delight, a table full of pastries, cakes, yogurt, fruit...you name it. The staff will also do eggs/omelette to order and the best cappuccino! This is where we met Loris, who was so friendly and spoke incredible English. He was so attentive and knowledgeable and really interested in all the guests. We wanted to go to the beach so with the help of another staff member they booked us a taxi, wrote where we had to go and called the beach bar at Bagno Uisp to tell them we were coming. Totally above and beyond service. Thanks to Loris we had a great day, and he was keen to hear all about it the next morning. The B&B itself is right near the central area, so lots of shops and attractions nearby, 15 mins walk to the Leaning Tower, the main train and bus station and lots of little supermarkets near by..like Pam local. We would definitely recommend this B&B and would love to return one day. Special thanks of course to Loris!

Really nice high class B&B with great location in central Pisa. Really quite location with bedrooms facing a courtyard/garden. Very clean and pretty rooms. We were a family of six adults and a baby and got our rooms next to each other on the first floor. Very generous breakfast buffé, omelettes/scrambled eggs cooked on demand.

My husband I stayed one night at this B&B and it was delightful. Very clean, light and airy decor and a superb breakfast. It was so nice to eat breakfast outside in the beautiful courtyard, under the lemon trees. It's set away from the road so there was no noise. Our hotel in Florence had terrible beds, the beds here were perfect. And the in room AC was just what we needed after a full day of exploring Pisa. Thank you again for the warm hospitality!

Shameful. After booking more than a month ahead, we were informed the day of our arrival that our reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. Absolutely shocking practice from a suposedly respectful establishment. Booking.com found us another hotel but as expected this tile of year it was of a lesser standard and outside the city. No form of apology from the hotel. The last minute stress really put a bad stamp on our day in Pisa. Absolutely do not recommend.

A genuine hidden gem in the historic heart of Pisa. Ideal for exploring neighbouring Tuscan towns and cities, including Lucca, Pistoia and of course Florence. Entering through a grand eighteenth century doorway into an idyllic courtyard garden you know instantly you are in for a treat. The lobby areas are beautifully decorated and everywhere you look there are books - on shelves, on tables, in piles following you up the stairs. Our hosts were extremely warm and welcoming and clearly took great pride in their business. The rooms were spacious and again furnished with impeccable taste. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer, although I know this will become a regular stopping off point for future visits to Tuscany.

Business brought us back to Pisa and there was only one place we wanted to stay again. We last stayed here in February 2019 and on this visit occupied the same room, which was, as expected, spotless and tidy. A warm welcome from all the staff, home baked cakes cooking gave a wonderful aroma around the property. A huge breakfast spread gave an immense continental choice, no need to have the same thing all 4 nights we stayed. Delighted to have returned.

So calm, and looks almost like new. Good bed and with very good aircondition. The breakfast was like overwhelming. The place is a short walk from the main street, restaurants and the leaning tower. Also a few hundred meters away you kan go to one of the sattelite towers with stairs up to the city walls and walk to the leaning tower on the city wall, really good experience. Martin IN
