The hotel is not far from the highway exit and at the edge of the city, but in 15 min walking you can reach the city center. Shopping and some bars nearby, hotel itself has no real bar. We used it for 3 days sightseeing the City of Lucca and City of Pisa (45min drive) The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice and clean, for that price range fully OK. The personal was very friendly and gave good advice for the city sightseeing. Breakfast included but don't expect too much from the buffet. Parking lot is with gate and barrier and somehow secure, but not included and has to be extra paid. It seemed to be a hotel for business meetings and business trainings with meeting rooms.

Located in a quiet area, 1 minute from a supermarket, a pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the train station, cleanliness, friendliness, rich breakfast. A very good solution both for those traveling by train and for those traveling by car

Good hotel, clean and modern and convenient location. Noise in the night from kids hanging out at the supermarket parking lot across the street. Otherwise all ok. We flew in from Canada and had driven from Nice so the jet lag was still with us so we didn’t feel much like exploring. But we did go into the old town and had a bite to eat.

We only stayed one night. Extremely helpful reception staff. Lovely room - quiet. Good car park. Good wi-fi. The restaurant recommended by the receptionist was excellent - Leo's. Just a 15 minute walk into Lucca which was brilliant. We went for breakfast at 8.30 and things were running out. We asked for more eggs and were abruptly told there weren't any more. If having breakfast get there early. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was actally very nice. The Receptionist was nice and I was impressed with the covid measures the hotel had taken. My one complaint is the bathroom. The toilet was very load, did not work well, and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Also, the door to the bathroom didnt really close correctly.

Outside it looks fine…lobby is ok…was modern a few years back but nice enough for sure. WiFi doesn’t work at all like I can’t even connect to it. AC seems like the filter has maybe never been changed…no airflow in my room. Would open the door but McDonald’s is about 10 meters away from my room…TV doesn’t turn on….so I’ll be kinda warm, kind of hear McDonald’s drive through and watch a show on my phone since can’t connect iPad and Tv is a no. Sweet thanks a lot.

Stayed in March 2021 on business trip. The parking area is large and plenty of space for cars and also large vehicles. The check in process was very fast and very efficient. The receptionist staff (Cristina) was very profesional and spoke different languages. The room was very clean and spacious with all the amenities. Breakfasts service was good with a variety of cold food and pastries. Restaurant staff was also very nice. As a summary it is a nice place, very central, nice room and nice parking and excellent staff.

This is a very good place to stay if you are planning a visit to Lucca which is a delightful walled city. The hotel is just 15 minutes walk from the wall and has a very reasonable room rate by comparison to the hotels within the walled city. It has all the facilities one requires but what makes it is the delightful friendly and helpful staff, especially Maria at reception!

This hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the walls of Lucca. The hotel hire bikes for €10 per day and I would highly recommend it. Reception staff were amazing and so friendly and nothing was too much trouble if you needed information. Rooms are quite big and maid service every day. Went for a meal on the first night in the restaurant, but would advise to steer clear. Food was bland and the waitress couldn’t wait to get rid of us. Plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Would defo stay again.

We were very let down with another property we were staying in, in the walls of Lucca. So had to take the next best thing The Eurostar Toscana. As it was festival time the price increased by 45%, but it had become an urgency to find somewhere last minute so had no choice. Originally said breakfast included but once there said no we needed to pay extra 8 euros each per day. There 3 nights aircon useless until we complained, us British are too fussy it seems as per the receptionist. Told the cleaner we were stupido. As if we didn't understand..... If you leave on a Sunday & they order you a Taxi for the airport, there is an extra 20% on a Sunday as it is a religious day.
