Very comfortable stay, welcomed on arrival and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful each day, special thanks to Gabrielle who was always helpful in the morning. Only marked the hotel down because of the frustrating internet always logging you out and requiring new passwords.

It's a very good hotel. It's located on the outskirts of town, so you need a car and the parking there is ample and free. Excellent staff. We got an upgrade and the room was immaculate. Good breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights as part of a Riveira Tour of Tuscany. Efficient front desk, checked in quickly, and had a good sized room on the second floor, overlooking fields at the back of the hotel, so very quiet. Hotel is fairly large, modern, part of the Great Western chain, about 2Km outside of Lucca, ideal for touring as facilities appeared fairly basic (E.g. no swimming pool or spa). Breakfast reasonable - buffet style with usual selection of hot and cold options although coffee from a machine is far from ideal! Dinner was good and service throughout was efficient and friendly.

Situated only a short distance from the old city and with good facilities and plenty of parking, this hotel is a great base for Lucca and surrounding areas. Borrow a bike and cycle into Lucca or into the countryside

Highly recommended! Safe, clean, modern.....Will come back for my next business trip. They also had a very nice setup for our dog. Although we had to pay 12 Euro per night, they did provide a bed, bowls, pads, food and some free gifts.

Overall it is just a cheap hotel to stop by during a long trip. The dimension of the room is the only plus of this stay. The guys at the reception look like rookies, the room was probably fine 30years ago, now it looks just old. The breakfast completely useless (way better to select a random bar in Lucca center). Just avoid it and select a better one…it should not be so difficult.

I find his reviews almost everywhere I hope there is a valid reason. We take note of every single review description on our work from every communication medium from which it comes precisely to achieve our goal. Specifically, our furnishings are very appreciated by all our guests and not only as you have noticed the common spaces are an art gallery of local artists so we enter into a matter of taste and sorry if they do not satisfy your taste but this turns out to be a personal feeling. Our assisted buffet is internationally based and consists of locally produced and traditional products such as Tuscan focaccia, finocchiona, bread without salt from Lucca, to guarantee freshness and quality. The dining room staff is at your complete disposal during the Buffet service where you will find all the material and products for an excellent breakfast. Certainly our staff follows company standards and settings given by continuous updates carried out, if they do not reflect its fees, we can only take note of it. We thank you for your opinion of course we are to take note and evaluate what happened. Stayed here recently on a family trip to Luca (which is a beautiful city) and stayed here which is bit outside the old walled city. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and we were upgraded at no extra charge to two interconnected rooms instead a family room. The breakfast selection was good and staff friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and would stay here again if in the area.

Clean, great service and a wonderful area. We had a family room booked but were upgraded to connecting rooms which gave us two bathrooms. There was jo extra charge. beautiful calm area and minutes from Lucca which is a hidden gem.

My family of three stayed in a family room for three nights. The room was extremely large with two separate bedrooms, one with a king and one with two twins, a table and chairs, and a spacious bathroom. Parking was free and a complimentary breakfast was available. The staff was kind and helpful. Bed was a little firm but otherwise fine. The only thing is that you are far from the center of town here so only stay if you have a way to get around. I paid 133 Euro per night and found that an excellent deal given the size of the room.

..but it's far away from downtown. So keep this in mind if you want to book it. The offer bikes rentals if you feel like strolling to downtown, which is not a bad idea (book it in advance). We didn't stay for breakfast by choice, but the additional price seems reasonable. Parking is free.
