I truly think Tornabuoni View is the best B&B I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Even our cab driver commented as he dropped us off, "This is a perfect location!" And it truly was; we walked or biked everywhere. The plaza was delightful; we could listen to musicians nightly from the balcony. We were welcomed warmly and had a delicious breakfast each morning. Our room comfortably met the needs of my family of four; it was quite large by European standards. Literally, everything about our experience was perfect!

My husband is great at picking out small, intimate European Hotels in perfect locations and this one was indeed perfection! Located in a very upscale, central area with shops, restaurants and a pharmacy all right outside our door. Ricciarda, Eleonora and Letizia were so helpful during our planning stages, through multiple postponements during the pandemic and right through arrival and saying good bye. They were all just so sweet and so attentive to our needs. When I realized that my petite body was just not tall enough to see my face in the mirror above the bathroom sink, they brought me a step stool even though there was a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. The room size was large by European standards and the community kitchen was so nice to have to make tea at night when we returned from an evening out. Everything was very clean, fresh, modern and they made sure we staggered breakfast times so we had plenty of social distancing. We absolutely loved this very special BNB and when we come back to Florence it is where we will be staying!

This bnb was amazing. Having a small balcony room overlooking the square was heaven for me. Best croissants Ever!! Good cappuccino! The location is fantastic. You are very central and walking to all sites. It is on a shopping district road and a couple blocks from the duomo. The ladies that run it are super friendly. I will definitely return here!!

We haven’t stayed here yet and have had to cancel twice . The hotel have been so understanding . We have just had to cancel again due to COVID at short notice yet the hotel has agreed to move our booking again to next year in September without complaint or extra cost . They answered our email promptly . With the type of service already given I can not wait to go next year . Thank you so much

The location was great. It was not far to the Arno and Ponte Vecchio and great shopping. There was usually something going on at the base of the statue such as live music. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

We stay at Tornabuoni View for 3 nights. The location is great. We walked there from train station with our carry-on luggage. It's in the center of Florence, yet not right in the middle of all the noisiness. A short walk get you to Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. Walking to Piazzale Michelangelo is easier than the map shows, and totally manageable. We viewed great sunset at both Ponte Santa Trinita in front of the B&B and Piazzale Michelangelo. The room is clean, AC and WiFi works great. The staffs are all very friendly, there was one day we need to leave early, the staff showed us where the breakfast are so that we can serve ourselves. The breakfast is nicely prepared everyday, and dining room has a pretty nice street view. There is a self service laundry and Conad (grocery store) across Arno river not too far away. Overall, great stay, would definitely recommend to friends.

We stayed here for 3 nights. A short 10 minutes walk from train station. We followed direction to reach the hotel. The entrance is cross street from Omega store and next to Velatino store. When approaching to the hotel, you will see many luxury brands leading to the hotel. So.if you like shopping, this is heaven for you. The place has a little elevator can take 4 people at once. It is very small and old fashioned. We were a little bit skeptical about it and until we rode a few times, we started feeling comfortable. In such a hot weather, anything can save us a few steps would be great. When we reach the entrance, it is very easy to check in. Like other Italy hotels. You need to pay city tax separately by the number of guests in the room upon check out. The decoration inside was moden and inviting. We love it. There are 6 rooms inside the unit. Each room hosts different family. I was a little worried that so many families within one unit. It turned out to be fine. Everyone is out for sightseeing so the unit is very quiet even with so many families. Each room has it's own bathroom. They do daily housekeeping. Wifi and air co ditioning works great. The host will provide daily breakfast with meat, cake, freshly baked bread in common area. Lots of choices. The hotel is located in central place. 10 minutes walk to uffizi and other places you need to go. I highly recommend this place.

Hard to locate in the heart of florence 4th floor of an old building with a very old elevator. It used to be called Tornabuoni place and the rooms were bigger. So i was a little disappointed to find a smaller room and with a smaller shower that you could not move in.It was not what I had booked, so felt like I should have been told that the room size was smaller. apart from that fac,t it was clean and a good located place to stay.

We loved this little lovely B&b in the heart of Florence. Rooms are all white, elegant and quite clean. Big and comfortable bed. Bathroom new with a large shower. Only 6 rooms and a cozy living room with a kitchen where they serve breakfast. We could use that facility to cook our 2 years old daughter’s lunch and dinner. We stayed there with another family with kids and we loved the possibility to have tea and chats the afternoon, after long walks and sightseeing. The accept dogs. Strongly recommend

We arrived later at night and they sent great instructions for us to get into the room. The breakfast provided was fantastic and the hosts were wonderful. The view and location were perfect for us to go see the different museums and sights. The location is around 8 minutes, walking, to the Uffizi Gallery. The room was very large for the area and had all the amenities that you would need, plus a comfortable bed and air conditioning. I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast and will definitely stay here again if I ever end up back in Florence.
