This is a nice hotel, beds were comfortable and the room a good size. Very clean and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was mainly continental but there were boiled eggs and you could make toast. It is ideally located a 10 min walk from Piazza Bra and the arena so all the main attractions are easily in reach by foot. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona and would stay here again.

Stayed in the hotel during opera festival weekend. Booked Standard Double room through hotel site. Great value for money and good cancellation policy. Clean. Very good breakfast buffet for the price. Absence of a bar is fully compensated by a bistro next door. Though it is situated on a leafy main street , trafic noise is not obtrusive. We came with our own tea bags (small home comforts) water and cups were happily provided by the staff in a restaurant, to be taken to the room.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a part of a stop over. Very clean hotel which is modern. No problems checking in and the hotel is close to most sights. The lift is quite small so beware and the breakfast was lovely but limited in options. But I would like to point out breakfast was only 5 euro so a good price. I had an issue with the bathroom door in the evening and reception came very quickly and sorted it out within 5 minutes. Overall i am very happy with our stay.

great location. the hotel is quite new. very convenient to buy water and snacks from shops next door. The only down side is that i can't make tea in the room. It would be much better if there is a kettle in the room.

One of the best and most comfortable stays we have had in Europe, our host in the front disk was the most kind and delightful host and couldn’t do enough to help ensure we had a fantastic time in Verona. The room was incredibly clean and well looked after. its really cheap comparing with the hotel offer.

The second time I have stayed in this hotel, the previous time being in 2018 at which time we had one of our sons with us and we were allocated a family suite in the Aparthotel at the rear. On this occasion it as just my wife and myself and we were given a regular double room on the 1st floor. The room was not huge but it was large enough and adequate for the purpose. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning was excellent, so much so that we had to raise the temperature and fan speed on one evening. Superb A/C! To get to the hotel from the main railway station took maybe 15 minutes on foot pulling wheeled baggage. It's easy to find. It is also only a five minute walk to the main arena/tourist area. Staff were lovely throughout, helpful and everything done with a smile. We arrived at least two hours earlier than usual check-in and yet they had a room ready for us. Breakfast is not the best we've ever had but again, it is clean, tasty and there is a variety. Cold meats, cheese, croissants, yoghurts, breads, pastries and boiled eggs. It was good to see that this hotel has not declined in quality over the five year period but on the contrary represents the same great value for money, friendly staff as before. Would be stay a third time at this hotel? Definitely!

Bad experience with hotel management after raising a complaint. Basically, hotel management don’t care about customer service👎🏻 Air Conditioning is turned off during May which quiet warm in Italy and you have to open the window in night time where the hotel street is very busy and loudy.. I couldn’t sleep at the night I stayed there!

The hotel is in a fantastic position in the centre of Verona. I went with my daughter so we had a twin room. In Italy most hotels (well my experience of a few anyway) have very small single beds not the 3 ft that we have here. So the beds were small and the mattress was hard. When I emailed the hotel I was told they had mattress toppers but I think those provided where mattress covers. Maybe they are not aware that toppers need to be at least 7 cm thick. In the end we had to get 12 pillows and put 6 on each bed across to be able to sleep! Breakfast was wonderful staff helpful.

This would be my 3rd stay in 6 years. This round, I would say the hotel is still generally very good. It is not as pristine as it used to be in the earlier years. I would say it probably could have been a tad cleaner. The location is great. The service is really very good. The staff are exceptionally obliging. A lovely place.
