Elevators not reach to the floor so there are steps to rooms. This Junior Suite was designed and furnished in the manner. Of an Adirondack cabin.. What's up with the bathtub in the center of the room.? Location – many restaurants within 10 minute walk as is St. Mark's & Rialto Bridge and a pharmacy which provides "on-site Covid testing" with results in 30 minutes. Staff was helpful, professional, gracious.

We had reservations for 2 for 2 nights. We found out the day of our arrival our son who is studying in Italy, would be able to join us for 1 night. Antonio who checked us in helped us by changing our room and for a nominal fee, added the 3rd person to our room foe rhe 1 night. Antonio greeted us warmly each time he was working as we entered or left the hotel. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. Also a shout ot to Gianmarco who also greeted our family warmly during our stay. The central location of this hotel was amazing. An excellent choice of hotel!

I stayed here from the 10th - 13th, in a classic room and it was absolutely perfect. It was my first time in Venice, and I really cannot fault the hotel at all. It was such a joy to be staying there. The staff are all so friendly and happy to help with anything. Our room was on the third floor, and it was very spacious and clean, they also came to clean it every day too. Breakfast was delicious and very Covid safe. You have to wear gloves and a mask when walking around the buffet area. The whole environment is spotless! The vibe in the hotel is really relaxing and peaceful! I am so sad to be leaving. I would definitely return! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

My daughter and I spent four nights in this wonderful hotel and we enjoyed everything about it. Our room was amazing - very spacious and so beautifully decorated with the ceiling like a piece of art, Murano sconces on the walls, antiqued mirrors. The bathroom felt luxurious. The bedding and linens were of great quality. Everything was just perfect. The included breakfast had good variety. And the staff could not be more attentive. The front desk had helped us whenever we needed, either to book a private tour, provide recommendation for a restaurant, or call a pharmacy. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends!
