Reached there from Venezia Tronchetto flexi bus station concluding our tour in Czecia. Casa Sant'Andrea is near to Venice Santa Lucia Train Station. (10mins walk from the station) Staff was polite and the room also spacious & very clean. Bad luck as there was a flood situation which restricted our late night walk arounds. Met a Srilankan officer at the front desk which made our day even easier. He explained us how to move around Venice city as well as do's & don't s with the prevailing situation. Adequate basic breakfast and good value for money. For some rooms they do not facilitate with attached bathrooms.

I spent a few days here recently. The building is a sympathetically restored 16th century monastery. The rooms are very clean, and have modern furniture. The bathroom was clean and modern too. An excellent location, and easy to find. Close to all major transport links. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They all spoke excellent English. I would stay here again. John.

Brought by students here for a trip to Venice and found the staff very friendly. Room was clean with a double bed (very comfy) and a private bathroom with an excellent shower. Some rooms have shared bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was basic but filling, and I could eat as much ad I wanted. Good location just off the grand canal. Very happy with this trip.

Chose the hotel as it was close to the port for a cruise we had booked. Spent one night. Great location, monorail is a 2 minute walk where you can easily get to the port. Restaurants and bars are easily accessed too. Taxi from the airport can stop close by too, Hotel is basic but comfortable, the lift is very slow and stairs not ideal for those with mobility difficulties. We had a family room that slept 4 easily, with en suite facilities. Breakfast was continental self service and was adequate for what we needed. Would recommend for a night pre cruise, staff were very friendly & there was free WiFi.

Very old building (an original palace of Venice) quite well furnished with the most antique lift ever seen by us travelers. Don't recommend you use the lift as get stuck. Very close to Ferry terminals (outside front door) and railway station just across canal. Breakfast was included but not very adequate or exciting. Room and ensuite bathroom adequate but missing any finesse such as a kettle or information about hotel or Venice. Very paranoid about leaving lights on and no computer access in rooms.
