Silva is definitely no frills. You have to bring your own soap, loo roll and bedsheets. It is right on the beach and staff are very nice. My two big issues were outside issues. The mossies were hellish and the disco from the neighbouring Christian camp was hideous. Saturday’s disco only ended at 6.39 am. Followed by an open air mass. Surely noise pollution like this is criminal. The camp seems to be about 75% German 20% Italian and 5% other. The pizza place onsite is excellent and there are great shops nearby.
There were 2 good things about this place: direct access to the beach and a very good seafood restaurant . In 2018 the restaurant management has changed, and the quality has droppes terribly. For the rest: rude staff, zero services, old showers, FULL of mosquitoes. Definitely poor value for money. Go to other campings in Jesolo!
I have been visited camping once during my trip to Italy. The area looks nice, electricity close to places, wc for 4/5, a loooot of Mosquitoes, but this is problem for all places on the north of Italy. It is available to visit party, pool, restaurant on the other camping. In general, recommended for budget rest.
Camping Silva still is a campsite as they once used to be: Simple, pure, no annoying animation, no pool, no fuss. Simple, beautiful nature, lots of shady places for your tent, a small minimarket, one of the best beaches in the area (WITHOUT rows and rows of deckchairs and umbrellas). Good, clean showers and toilets. We have already been four times and will be back shortly.
Too expensive for a second rate campsite. It would be nice to have more shower cabins (cleaned better and more often), some soap and toilet paper. Though all in all it wasn't bad. The best thing is you can stay here for as long as a couple of nights even in a high season (other campsites would rather have all or nothing)
