We loved our stay here. It’s right on the Grand Canal, and you can take a water taxi to and from the hotel. The owner is so friendly, and he personally cooks made-to-order breakfast dishes once a week. The reception desk was helpful in recommending a good vegetarian-friendly

We've returned to Al Ponte Antico Hotel for the third time after 8 years. It was just perfect! For the first night we have stayed in the Classic room and moved to Junior Suite for the remaining stay. Even the Classic room is just beautiful, but the Junior Suite is absolutely

Me and my wife Tanya recently spent 3 nights in the hotel (actually, 2.5 nights as our flight from Moscow got severely delayed). And it will be fair to say we couldn't expect more from the hotel: - wonderful location, in the very center, close to all key destinations (such as

Hello. How far in advance should one book? We are looking for an end of March 2020 stay. Thanks you.
I would book as soon as you confirm your travel dates. The room choices are limited (that's a good thing) so you want to be able to reserve the accommodations you want. There was no deposit or prepayment required last summer.

Can someone tell me how far this hotel is from Marco Polo airport Thanks
We took a private water taxi from the airport. It was about a 20-minute ride to our hotel near the Rialto Bridge.

As far as restaurants, the Hotel staff gave us superb recommendations off the normal tourist areas and they were superb recommendations, so my suggestion is to ask the Hotel. Plus they give you a map to find the restaurants and will make your reservations
