What a wonderful hotel. Immaculate and modern decor. Service was exceptional at every level. Ivan welcomed us and we were able to store our bags. He even made a luncheon reservation for us in Burano, a highlight of the trip. Later in the day we enjoyed a cocktail in the bar and Matteo and team were so attentive and helped us find a local trattoria for dinner. A fantastic breakfast in the courtyard capped off our less than 24 hour stop over in Venice. I highly recommend the hotel and location!!

As a travel agent I have had the good fortune to stay in the top hotels worldwide. Every now and again I come across an exceptional property in every respect. Ca’ di Dio fits that category. Wonderfully situated , beautiful rooms and above all, as many reviews before me have stated, the most exceptional staff I have ever experienced. You cannot move more than a few feet before you are approached by a member of staff asking if there is anything they can do for you. Breakfast in the beautiful courtyard is a wonderful start to the day. I usually find at least one thing to criticise or where the hotel can do better but not in this case. Well done to the management

Beautiful and peaceful oasis, perfectly situated close, but not too close to St Marks. Arranging water taxis, spa treatments, private tours, restaurant suggestions and even a complimentary visit to Murano - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Ivan, Matteo, Stefano and the rest of you team for making our anniversary so special.

Been meaning to write a review since the day we got back. 3 months ago !!!! 5 star all the way. Beautiful hotel. Fabulous staff. It was our first visit to Venice but we did a little bit of research before we booked. Position was perfect for us. Not too far but not to near of all the hustle and bustle of Saint Marks Square. Special mention for Marco who worked behind the bar. Great character always making sure we had everything we needed. Very difficult to sit there without your glass constantly being filled with Prosecco. Also Ivan on the front desk. Anything you wanted he was there to help. His recommendations were spot on. Rooms were immaculate. Bed was really comfy. I could go on but I’ll let you go and experience it for yourself No negatives to report at all Apologies it’s taken so long to put down in words our thoughts of a fabulous break in Venice

Very good hotel, service exceptional (Ivan is a brilliant concierge). Very modern inside behind unassuming front (no signage). Restaurant worth eating in for dinner. Modern albeit small sauna and spa - need to book but it means you get it to yourself. Highly recommended

The staff was excellent and the hotel is newly remodeled and well maintained. Our reason for the poor review is that we paid for a" Vista Rio" room and the view was of multiple construction sites and to see the small canal below you had to look straight down thru the barred windows. We're paying over $1000 per night and when we asked about getting a room with a view we were told that it would be $450 more per night. We did not accept.

Spent three nights in the wonderful hotel and I can't say enough good things! I just wish we'd been there even longer... The hotel is perfectly situated - right on the lagoon and a few minutes walk from St. Mark's square. The experience is 5 star from the moment you arrive at their private dock and are checked in while sitting under the stunning Murano chandelier in the lobby. We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to the Executive Suite which was roomy and comfortable. The attention to detail in the hotel is wonderful and the property is beautiful. It's peaceful with an interior garden, reading room, restaurant and bar. All provide a welcome retreat from the crowded tourist areas of Venice. The service is absolutely top notch. The staff were completely at our disposal and helped us with many things - from restaurant reservations, to a trip to Murano to covid tests for returning to the U.S. Would recommend this property without reservation and hope to return some day!

Amazing hotel, very elegant, exquisite interior, down to the very fine details, beautiful rooms. Stayed there as a couple with other friends. While the location is ideal, and close to everything, there’s a ferry/bus stop right in front of the hotel allowing easy travel within Venice. The service is courteous, with great recommendations around town. Finally, I can write pages about how comfortable the bed and pillows are, I actually asked them about it to get pillows for my home. The bar is a lovely place for a nightcap or for drinks before going out, with amazing bar tenders and a very sophisticated cocktails and drink selections. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay at Ca Di Dio. We have just returned from a 5 night break and stay in a Junior suite from Sunday - Friday. It was our first time staying at the wonderfully designed hotel, which had a mid-century feel to it. A nice bottle of Prosecco welcomed us. Amazing stay in Venice. We are regular visitors to Venice since the past 10 years. It was our first time staying at the Ca Di Dio, which was one of the best decisions we made. The hotel is beautifully renovated Pilgram House, with magnificent interiors and Murano glassware throughout the hotel. Checkin was flawless with excellent service throughout. We loved the genuinely friendly sincere staff that went out of their way to look after us. The stay was super from beginning to end. The Room was beautifully appointed, with beautiful marble - comfortable bed. Whomever decides to stay here will not be disappointed. We can whole heartedly recommend this beautifully appointed hotel. Restaurant VERO Venetian Roots had a great selection of fresh delicious food, and a good variety of wines. Congratulations on beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Perfect for us as it is a bit quieter and away from St Marks square. By far the best feature was the hotel bar - which we loved and its wonderful reading room. We loved the bar, especially the amazing Negronis and Spritz and Martini cocktails on offer made by Venice friendliest and wine bar. Thanks especially to Francesco - restaurant manager, Marco Mdolla, Filippo Reggio, Mattheu - the bar men and special thanks to Veronica from the breakfast staff. We will be back
