I've been here two years ago while visiting Venice and found Stefania (the owner) such a wonderful and resourceful person, so when this year I planned (last minute) to go to the Venice Film Festival, I needed a safe place to go, so I choose her place instantaneously. This time she literally "saved" us. She waited for us to check in (we were in a rush to run to the premiere of a movie) and luckily she made us aware that it was the day of "Regata Storica" so many Vaporetto lines were stopped for a few hours. She didn't make just us aware of that, she prepared a plan B of how to get to the Lido without using expensive taxi boat. She provided a map, a timetable and saved our Night. Stefania is Magic, everyone can say that. The place is perfect, so cleaned that every time I got there it looks to me that she renewed it. I strongly suggested to book this gem, for the place, position and above all for such a lovable human being - Stefania.

We were staying in an Airbnb ground floor apartment when the warning came about Acqua Alta. We were moved into Stefania’s warm and welcoming second floor B & B well out of harm’s way. The room was delightful, lavish breakfasts and a well- equipped kitchen. Stefania made sure that we were safe during the flooding and looked after us beautifully. We will certainly return.

Great location, 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge. Stefania is a great hostess, with oodles of advice on where to go - and where not to go and how to get there. Breakfast room fully stocked and available all day, varying selections every day.

From the moment we arrived, Stefania shared not just her home, but her vast knowledge of Venice. The accommodation is amazing, the rooms have everything you need, cleanliness is exceptional and so comfortable. There is a shared dining and kitchen area which is stocked with fresh fruits, pastries, great coffee and everything you need for a continental breakfast. The location is central to everything, located just minutes from the Rialto bridge and was easy enough with a large suitcase. Stefania was amazing in that she spent the time to walk us through the map of Venice from the eyes of a local, on where to go, what to see, what to avoid and great places to eat! It was the perfect way to experience a homely, yet private stay. We can’t recommend it enough - we loved our stay! Thank you to Stefania, Nuvan & Sophia

My Daughter & I stayed at this wonderful B&B for three nights when we visited Venice in May & it made our visit to a beautiful city all the more special! This B&B is more like a 4 star hotel than a B&B! We had the top floor room with en-suite bathroom & it was spotlessly clean & very spacious. The beds were very comfortable & we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was superb & plentiful! Lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, french toast, delicious fresh cream pastries, bottled water, tea, coffee etc. The location is great, not far from Rialto Bridge, but the best thing of all was the host herself, Stefania is the nicest person you could wish to meet. Despite my Daughter & myself arriving very late due to a late flight & getting lost (don't rely on Google in Venice folks ;-), Stefania gave us the warmest welcome & so much great info on the City. I cannot recommend You & Me B&B highly enough & look forward to staying with Stefania again if we are lucky enough to visit Venice in the future! Thank you Stefania for being such a lovely host.
