My wife & I stayed one night at the Turin Palace and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very close (5 min walk w/luggage) from the Central Train Station and to a wide assortment of restaurants and upscale shopping. The staff was very professional & helpful. Our room, on the 5th floor, was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view from the large balcony. Highly recommend this property and we will stay there again in the future.

Hotel's Favourite
We spent 3 nights in Turin with another couple. Overall experience was excellent. Location was excellent…valet parking for car that we didn’t need for entire stay. Recommend the roof top bar with limited menu and the ground floor restaurant. The room and facilities 5 star. The breakfast is great. Most important the staff at front desk and in food service is 5+ stars….they couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Highly recommend!

Without doubt the best "city break" hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed here because we were travelling by train via Turin to Rome, so needed to be close to the railway. I have no idea why this is rated a 4 star hotel, it is considerably better than any 5 star city hotel we have ever stayed in (and we've been to quite a few). Having planned to stay here for that purpose i.e.a bed in a decent hotel near the train station , I would stay here for any purpose. I would also detour via Turin just for the purpose of staying here. We arrived 4 hours before "check-in". (I had previously emailed to request a spa treatment for my wife as an early birthday gift and their reply got caught in my spam/junk, so I did not know to confirm my spa booking).......So, how's this little story about a hotel exceeding customer service? They not only had kept the Spa time available for her, they upgraded us to a vastly superior room, letting us in 4 hours earlier than their official check in time (and here is the class element), they didn't even tell us they had upgraded us. They weren't looking for compliments or gratitude. That one thing they did for us, tells you all you need to know about this hotel and its staff. They are an absolute credit. If all hotels wanted to know how to run a hotel and to train staff to be clean, professional and above all else, putting the customer first, this is where they should be made to visit before they could open their own. Faultless. Breakfast was amazing too.....Everything was amazing. I like Turin, but the only reason I will come back is to stay here. In fact we will always stay here when travelling through Europe by rail, even we have to make a slight detour to get here.

Simply cannot fault my stay at the Turin Palace Hotel. Room is spacious and well decorated, staff are great and very attentive, breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of variety and the location of the hotel is also great being so close to the station and 5 minute walk from the main shopping area / centre of town. Spa facilities are really good, me and my partner enjoyed the couples massage. Highly recommend!

We loved our two night stay here! Right across from the big train station so easy to get to and from the hotel but also very quiet, you wouldn’t know there was a train station there. The hotel rooms were so spacious, nicely decorated and filled with so much natural light and sunshine. It was such a nice stay and I would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast on site and a restaurant for lunch and dinner. So close to the city centre. You won’t find a better hotel!

I had a wonderful and luxurious one night stay in The Turin Palace Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful while also being very professional. The room was delightful, albeit a little warm, and I had a peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and pleasant and the cappuccino, always important, was to my liking. If I’m in Turin again then I know where I’ll be staying. It’s centrally located and it’s reasonably priced.

An excellent 4* hotel in a central area very convenient to shopping, tourism and transport links. What stood out most of all was the staff. Without exception, they were all excellent, most welcoming and obviously very well trained. We got a wonderful reception from Anna who briefed us on the local attractions and then recommended 3 excellent restaurants. Irene, also on reception was very helpful. My wife and I would certainly recommend this hotel to any travellers to this delightful city.

This is probably at least the fifth time we have stayed here. We absolutely love everything about it: the decor, the roof terrace (open in summer), the staff, the breakfast, the cocktails in the bar, the agnolotti and veal in the restaurant and the convenient location.

We rated this the best hotel we stayed at during our recent two-week visit to Italy (Milan, Florence, Turin). Wonderful staff, great location, great breakfast. We look forward to our next trip to the Piedmont area..

Slightly pricey but elegant hotel situated close to the Turin train station. Only a few minutes walk from the left hand exit at Torino station and once you squeeze through the revolving door entrance you’ll feel a world away from the stresses of train travel. Friendly and helpful staff and spacious, spotless rooms. Nice bar area, spa and sauna (at a fee). Our rate included breakfast served in a large high ceiling room which seems more suited to church services than a cheerful breakfast. Breakfast options and service a little disappointing compared to other hotels on our trip but ok. Only real downside was the poor free wifi service and the way too soft pillows. Overall a very nice hotel in a lovely city.
