i had a renewed room with some nice features, like light in the corridor going dim on its own when you walk away. it-s silent, efficient and quite central. breakfast lacked fresh produce, but some fruit was always available.
Horrible hotel, very ugly reception, unhelpful staff, they forgot to book us a transfer to the airport. Very old and tatty rooms, noisy air conditioning dating from 1960s, Breakfast room gloomy and food selection very poor.

The hotel does have a restaurant downstairs but we only had breakfast at it. For dinner, we walked about 10-15 minutes from the hotel to La Capannina, which had lots of pizza and pasta and was filled with locals. I thought it was reasonably priced (pizza was between 6 and 8 euro, if I'm remembering correctly) and everyone inside was cleaning their plates so I imagine everything was good! We opted for a pizza and it was delicious. I'd definitely recommend walking over there!
